Hello! I was the person who issued orders the orders on the character and the Don of the faction you were just PKed out of. PKing you was something I had been discussing with members of my high command for the past few days and after noticing you in the city attempting to sell your custom suit, I had sent one of my enforcers to take you out. Despite your recent conversation regarding you wanting to transfer as you said, this was not the reason you were killed. The orders that were issued on your character reflect this. Might I remind you that upon joining a faction you accept the prompt that states you understand the risks of being in a criminal organization, which you accepted upon joining my faction. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this wasn't the reason we decided on killing you. It just happened to be the conversation you decided to message me about on the say day you hopped on and were noticed putting up advertisements. No hard feelings man!

It would create more RP for people when it comes to the taxis, but there would always have to be a don taxi and other people running it, which could get a little boring, assuming I'm understanding what you're trying to say.

-1 I don't see this functioning very well as an actual faction. It might be great RP to hang around the Ghetto and act as a street gang, cause issues, and reject authority, but when you get yourself a whitelist, racket, and get a designated property, you would basically lose the identity you have right now. As you know, the Ghetto is a publicly accessible property, so you can't truly run the ghetto. The rooms are rentable to anyone so you could claim the property, but it will never really be yours. Yeah it might help you root out the minges in your "gang" if you have a whitelist, but it wouldn't really be the same to have this as a whitelisted faction. I think that running it as a no whitelist type gang would be more interesting aswell, as there could be opportunities for people to rep the gang who shouldn't, creating the possibility for more RP in dealing with fake members. When I think of street gangs, I don't see it as an organized group. The image that is a group of people wearing certain things, having some kind of control over or presence in the ghetto and linking up with single individuals from neighboring organizations to source product and weapons is best experienced when you are a little less organized. Tldr: The current standards of factions and the RP your gang brings/participates in works best without a whitelist, not with. I can see this falling apart really quick the second you try to bring in organization. Having this as a sort of citizen gang/group (basically what you guys are doing now) still gives you many things to do.

-1 There's a lot you could put in 6 paragraphs, but I feel as though reading the backstory was boring. Your idea of keeping people interested is basically just religious events and boxing matches. Meetings, giving people money to hire, and crew deals aren't anything special, that's just the basics of running a faction. As that section states, "Reference your unique RP from the question above." and the only thing I really get out of that from this is church ceremonies and boxing matches. Religious type events aren't really something that would keep people engaged by the time you get to the third one. People would get tired of standing in a self storage unit pretty quick. Regarding boxing events, I'm pretty sure people already do those. Once again, that would just get boring after the third one. It's really just punching people in the end. While the pictures you included aren't too bad from a photography standpoint, I'm a little confused. First, is this a syndicate or crime family, and why is the Italian flag present in your picture? Regarding the boxing matches, your dupe looks cool, but boxing isn't new or particularly interesting in the long run. I do believe that the playtime could be a little higher aswell. 3 weeks is a lot of time, but learning everything you need to be a successful boss takes time and I don't think you could have really acquired the experience needed for this. Gonna be a -1 from me chat.
