Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I’m in the middle of something, wait to see if another staff member takes the ticket. If not i will handle it once I’m done if it’s a serious situation like mass RDM I'll drop what Im doing and take the ticket You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Document What i witnessed with clips ect then report it to UA, Higher channels A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Personally, I would avoid the situation altogether and ask another staff member to handle it just to prevent either party from thinking I’m biased. Just because someone rarely does something doesn’t mean they didn’t do it. If no other staff are available, I’d request clips and check the logs to verify what happened, then handle it like any other ticket. Knowing someone or being friends with them doesn’t mean they get a free pass
