What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *I've been staff before in the past and basically quit for the lack of time I had to dedicate to taking tickets and just general staff duties, but recently times slightly freed up for me and I figured I'd re apply. How do you handle this?:attempt to try and ask another admin to Assist me and If I would really want to take it that far I would make a player report in the forums if no one responded to me. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:Try and make it apparent to someone even higher that I have witnessed them doing this and try to provide some context and evidence if possible. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. Does it constitute possible bias?:Just because he's my friend doesn't really coorelate with the situation I would continue foward with the evidence Im provided and see if what the person who made the ticket was claming is true against my friend even with his common play style in mind.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: So basically, I was hanging around Infront of hardware atm and a situation ensued where a bunch of people we're punching the sole cop that was Ons car and he was just going frantic and shooting his taser around trying to tase me as well, At the time I had a couple illegal items on me so I was quick to try and get of it the dude wouldn't let up so I tried shooting him and failed, He was stuck in the crowd of people so I put my gun away and started to run through the crowd mind this was about 30 seconds of me trying to maneuver around people and get into the clothing store to make my escape route. At this point Im no longer even an active threat my gun was away, and I was simply in the back of the clothing store seeing if he was chasing me and I just got blown away through the wall. Since I believed, the scene was going to continue regardless so I went back to where I was since a glitch really caused my death I was legit in no line of sight of anyone at the time of my death, As I came back Owen Davis puts me in cuffs and we went from there, I went through with a lawyer ended up sitting there for 30+mins arguing my case which ultimately ended up in me just signing a felony plea deal witch I really did not want to happen. But I did anyway and I waited my 20-minute timer and wasn't pked until like almost 2 hours from the situation. I really just want it to be reviewed I believe it's unjust for me to continue RP after dying from a bug just to go on pk my character If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Hello Pking admin here your death was a result of dons orders being placed on your head I made sure to check of you committing any illegal acts while inside the Bonnano whitelist in which I was able to find you ordering a shipment of their racket justifying this Pk. In the future I recommend keeping this message in the back of your head in any situation especially with joining a criminal faction.

Answer this, if you took a ticket for someone in city and the situation went like this, a man went onto the blue lobster counter and dropped a fish, a human head, and a bag of cocaine. How would you punish the person?

You left on 2/27 the orders were wrote on 3/5 only 6 days after you left which was within the 2 week period validating you being set pk active.

Hello admin who set you PK active here, there’s a 2 week time frame to leave a criminal faction without being noticed, in your case you failed to wait the 2 week period and left the faction whitelist ghosting them and cutting all contacts which resulted in command writing orders against you for multiple reasons. Claiming you were out of the city for a month is false as if you were the orders wouldn’t be able to go through, Good Luck on your appeal.

Hello, banning admin here, you had basically a page of priors for multiple different things mostly for ltarp, along with just not wanting to continue with any rp situation that you involved yourself in. Your ban prior to this one was also for LTARP, I suggest taking a long read over the rules to prevent getting banned again.

Hi Pking admin here you were pked due to tying someone up in the middle of city hall causing you to be under fear RP, He then quickly killed you with a hatchet as you provided in your clip. When I went to pull you, I had saw that you disconnected not long after you were killed by him, I waited for you to rejoin in logs, but what I saw at the time was you just disconnecting which resulted in me pking your character.
