Unfortunately it is just not viable to give users access to these types of permissions. Having staff as a prerequisite which comes with certain obligations helps to mitigate the possibility of abuse. If you're someone who plays the server a lot and wants to become a GM, staffing alongside that really isn't as much work as you may expect. We easily have the most relaxed environment to staff in, with only a 20 ticket a week minimum. Application standards are not that high either.

You were staff at 15 and were fine, now imagine that but someone with a brain bigger than a walnut

called the grind pal, specifically regulated to limit how much money can be made, therefore keeping the economy stable, what would be the fun if you could just make millions in a week, you'd be bored of the server within the month. More value to the things you buy because of the time it took to make that money There's numerous different ways you can play the server and make money, drug processing is one of them. Feel free to venture out in RP and find new ways if it's not something you want to do. Grinding isn't meant to be enjoyable

Let's force the people who already dedicate the most time to the server to be deprived of actually playing it! Why? Because I'm a moron who didn't get my way. Make a report for the person(s) you have an issue with, or suck it. Pretty simple!

nothing to put in place of the mansion hence why it's there. I don't know how many times I have to say it's a placeholder letting it be his mansion because it's meant to be hired out when people want to use it. letting a single faction own it would be silly range law is a good point, other gun laws however you need to start looking from an objective perspective instead of what benefits your own gameplay

you're an annoying shitposter but if you think for a second allowing someone to be elected to the most powerful IC position is a good idea you might need a lobotomy

I think I answered this somewhere else on the forums, but I'm happy to reiterate again for newer people such as yourself. Custom vehicles and other custom things are the main parts of keeping the server funded which has enabled us for the past 5 years to provide a free to play experience with 0 pay to win advantages whatsoever. It's also what allows us to consistently pump out new content. Unfortunately there is not another way that doesn't involve compromising the integrity of gameplay, for example perma weapons. Nothing you can donate for gives you an inherent advantage over people who don't donate. Before we introduced custom cosmetics and things that solely make an impact visually, there were many months were the server did not make enough to sustain itself, let alone allow for consistent new content. It's a small compromise, and one that is needed to allow the server to exist and improve constantly. Out of year vehicles are intentionally priced higher to dissuade people from obtaining them. Meaning there are way fewer in existence. Also, we actively deny many absurd requests and will continue to do so. Not everything can run free. Hope that explains it! We do our best to keep everything as accurate as possible, but for us to continue providing the experience that sees hundreds of unique players connecting a day providing thousands of hours of entertainment without any real requirement to pay out, it's something that must be done. Unlike many other servers myself and the staff team do this out of passion, we're not here to make a quick buck - but we have to be realistic about things, especially something we pour a lot of our free time into.
