What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was doing a deal with someone and I picked the guy up from the ATM near the car dealership, and he said we could go anywhere for the deal, so I chose the parking lot in the tunnel. before I picked up the guy I told my buddy to watch and follow me to the deal incase I was going to be robbed or something (I didn't have a weapon on me). I waited 2 minutes until he arrived just in case of anything and then me and the guy i picked up hopped out. I gave him 30k and then all of a sudden some guy came out of nowhere. No car, no nothing and then they started to rob me and told me to turn around and get up against the wall, so I did my buddy was in his own parked car. They told him to get out of the car He didn't do it fast enough apparently, so they just shot him without knowing if he was with me or not and then I started to lag and i couldn't move and then my game crashed because of the gun shots and this has been happening to me for a couple of days when gun shots are close to me. I understand it seems like I disconnected to not be robbed, but my game did crash. I would have just did an escalation ticket AFTER they robbed me but the reason i did not return right away was because i was also having internet issues at the time there was a sever thunder storm where i live and my wifi kept turning on and off but i came back 30-40 mins later after my wifi was working. medal wasn't set to startup with my pc so i don't have a clip but This is all fixed now. I'm also willing to give all the items on my char to the person that was robbing me to make this right just to prove my case.

I don’t think you’re understanding what they are saying, they mean YOU as a player on the server are a minge. It doesn’t matter what character you’re on, you always act the same way, like a complete asshole you then do annoying bullshit and insult people until they get annoyed enough to shoot you, then you report them and get them banned. I personally don’t give a fuck what you do because I just ignore you atp but that’s what they mean by “minge”, you provide nothing to the server most of the time besides pissing everybody off.

Hello, admin here that PKed you as a result of LTARP. I did not ban you for the LTARP, but right after you got brought under FearRP and tied you left the city for "Disconnect by user" as seen in the logs: The clip that I was shown of the mugging showed shots fired, then you get tied. Seconds after being tied you leave and don't return for another hour and forty minutes. Upon your return (1:40 later), you get into a vehicle and head to an atm, where you put all the clothes you had on into your account. Had you DMed an admin or moderator after your initial disconnect then the roleplay could have possibly continued, but instead you got picked up and dropped off at an atm to store your stuff. Leaving under FearRP, while tied, before they got any items from you seemed very convenient. Putting all your stuff into your bank afterwards without any communication to staff makes me doubt that it was unintentional. Hope this helps clear the water.

You tried to get hired multiple times eventually weasling through someone who didnt know we didnt want you in you were informed beforehand not to buy attachments but its the first thing you do and you give it to your buddies with insanely little profit/no profit assumably (thats what racket abuse is) considering staff made the ban i can only assume this is to be true i think its pretty well deserved considering youre not new and have a ban history lucky you were banned for the racket thing and not the fact you rdmed us thinking you were pk active and the fact you left the faction and advertised our faction name (just hard metagame) trying to bait us and the fact you flatly admit you the character is just for the intention to mug and scamming seems like ultimately you just don't wanna miss your friends wedding

Hello sorry for the delay, I've decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and reduce your total ban time to 3d (so 22 hours left) whilst Jennay is not wrong with the ban amount, since you did RDM ix_crazy_xi and you did not properly escalate it, However I do feel like he started it and baited a reaction and I do think he should be punished for it with the amount of playtime he has. 2 two-week ban for a new player is crazy. It should have been a 1-day ban if he's got like 1 RDM PO. Ix Crazy clear as day rdm baiting the guy for being Decav. So yeah you banned this guy for 2 weeks off of the basis that a minge came up (same guy whos tried to RDM bait our faction members before) called him a "Asshole" and "Stupid Nigger" and you expect him not to react in any negative way?? Im not gonna sit here and say he didnt RDM him but when hes being baited by some minge character who then goes in his DMs and mocks him after and you just justify it by "Oh he had POs and was banned for the same reason" This ban should be decreased 1000% and there should never be some situation where someone gets banned for 2 weeks over being baited by a minge, completly disgraceful.

1. Crazy is rdm baiting IF its true that he was approaching you multiple times intentionally insulting you. 2. You cannot escalate to gun fight purely off of disrespect. You're both in the wrong, IMO crazy has more experience on the server and should've been punished too. On your end, you just got off a ban and should also know better, but a reduced ban from 2 weeks. I'm not staff nor am I trying to undermine anyone, but like I said, both are in the wrong here especially Crazy if he was insulting you over multiple occasions.

+1 hes literally on a minge char beefing with someone of a rival faction, bans also way to long compared to other punishments. Is it RDM yes, he did not follow proper escelation, but there are external factors that need to be taken into account.

Repair kits can currently be used while driving, but the whole process, including the /me of opening the hood, is completely unrealistic for repairs while driving. If you're chasing someone (as a police officer or even just to chase them), they can constantly spam repair kits while driving, making it impossible for their vehicle to break down. Combine this with the people who buy full armor, and you're never catching them. I think repair kits just need to be used while being completely stationary, like how dissecting a body works, I mean, shit. Can't even move your mouse, or it'll cancel. This could reduce the amount of cop baiting/vehicle minging you see every day and might even have to deal with, and it wouldn't even change anything.

I was kinda frozen in spot since its my f irst time being mugged and I never thought it would happen to me. I had my phone blasting music and I went to turn it off quickly and I surrendered as SOON as I could. After that I wasn't sure what they were saying as they were talking super fast and over each other. Just as I got shot I was about to back up into the room but didn't have time to react. I was shell shocked and nervous and I'm also overall very new to the server. I also feel like the trio mugging me are mugging characters, they did it practically in the open stalking a property waiting for me or someone else to come out. I feel like that's just risk they were taking cause their characters had little value. Man i almost felt bad for you until that point. It's not hard to not break rules buddy, I say take what you've learned and move onto the next server. Getting a third chance out of pity isn't gonna do you any good either.

My reason is beyond cringe. I’m getting toward being an old fucker- nearing middle age. Roleplaying in an era I was alive in a part of the life I’ve never experienced provides me a unique mix of typical roleplay escapism meeting a strange nostalgia for my years growing up in an Italian-American family from Newark/Camden. That world doesn’t exist anymore. So when I see groups of Europeans standing by their traditions and engaging in cultural hegemony even though they’ve assimilated best as possible into the USA streets, and I experience each season in this strange imaginary throwback world, I get an awesome sense of wonder for a life I never could live mixed with an odd nostalgia for a life I did live as a child. I just wish we had the towers. I remember seeing them in the skyline as a kid and I remember the first time I saw the skyline again without it. RPing the NYC life in Southside has been a strange ride for me. I’m sure my situation is uniquely cringe/nerdy but maybe someone else can relate even just a bit. The coziness of the winter map and Christmas time is a great example of the fuzzies that be hitting.
