Your Character or Steam Name: Jdot Your SteamID (Click to retrieve): STEAM_0:1:188620560 Your Discord ID#: jdotcock Reason for ban: NITRP Length of ban: Permanent Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Apology/ Why should you be unbanned? I was banned previously for (Mugging Charx3, being a middle man to item transfer, Metagamingx2, and Item transfer). There is no excuse for these actions, seeing as I contributed nothing to the server, and all I did was take. I had no intention of roleplaying and only mugged at the time. I am writing this because I want to continue being a member of the community and show you how I have matured. I am taking full responsibility, like I should, and admitting what I've done. I fully understand why I was banned and apologize. That being said, I have had time to reflect, and honestly, looking back at the memories I've made, it just makes me miss it more and more, wishing I had more to reflect on. If given another chance, I wish to show you guys that I can roleplay and not just be a nuisance or bug needing to be squashed. I had made Rank(Officer), and I was previously high command in a faction. I know what reputation the faction had and why it looks so bad when looking and my priors, but this is not a dispute, this is an apology. I want to actually leave an impact on the server and the faction I commit to. Now I will state it again, I understand that I have broken many rules before, many of the same rules even, but I hope you can consider this appeal and unban me. Additional Information (images, videos, etc): None7 points

A lot of people lock their doors i've noticed, and I think it would be a really cool addition to the server if you could somehow unlock a door that you yourself dont have keys to. Like picking the locks. Maybe some kind of lock unlocker, we'd have to think of some crazy name for it. Maybe we could even add weed farms, so that people who want to break in have something to obtain and it makes it worth it. let me know what u think3 points

Hi, i deemed the orders given valid as you had the means to pay dues and didnt. I will say in the future the the people who created the PK ticket make sure to include all of your reasons to avoid confusion like this. When you have access to a factions drug racket you are a liability and locked in to your responsibilities (Kickups), and failure to pay them can result in your death.3 points

I don't know if its possible but would be really beneficial if there was a way you could preview models to test them with certain clothing items I've heard of multiple instances where people spend cash to change models just to find out that a good chunk of their items don't even fit. I know we can create and delete characters to check but thats a tedious way of doing it. On top of that most people have all their character slots full so the only way they'll find out is by spending hard earned cash2 points

I remember one time I was processing and a dude walked in with 2 girls and says "oh my bad just showing the Shorty's the crib" leaves and a few mins later I see him outside in a convertible yelling "I run these streets", a few hours later he randomly appears at the apartment window and is like I'ma go rob these 3 guys I saw and comes back 15 mins later critically injured and drops 3 sets of clothing all custom shit. That's my most fav memory and funniest shit I've ever seen2 points

not sure why everyone so mad here, this looks great! the cartel de michocan! Where there is no government, and the law exists at the end of a gun, a new cartel rose from the ashes of mayhem in the Sinaloa highlands—La Serpiente Negra. Tomás "El Colmillo" Barrera was a Federal Police commander in 1973, one of the few who had resisted corruption. In the gioco della malavita—the deadly game of the underworld—where loyalty is written in blood, men like him were rare. When Barrera refused a multimillion-dollar payoff from one of the massive cartels, the consequences were brutal. Three days after he passed information to the government about cartel activity, a revenge assassination meant for him struck his family instead. His wife and two sons were found dead in a charred SUV dumped outside their home. At first, there was outrage. Officers cried. Reporters came. But then—nothing. No arrests. No retaliation. No hush money. Just a bitter silence and a sense of disarray. Then Barrera disappeared. For five years, he was off the grid. Many believed he was dead. He wasn’t. He was underground. Barrera had found others like him—disillusioned soldiers, rogue intelligence agents, and sicarios tired of killing for cowards in suits. Men who didn’t want money. They wanted justice. Together, they formed something new. Not a cartel—not exactly. More like a war machine. Disciplined. Tactical. Focused. No matching colors, but a shared purpose. Each man driven by revenge. Their attacks weren’t just effective—they were unpredictable. They didn’t leave warnings or threats. They left silence. Their enemies were dead before anyone knew they were in danger. Their symbol—a black serpent coiled around a combat knife—became infamous, whispered in fear across towns that no longer bustled, where law enforcement had long since stopped showing up. La Serpiente Negra became a ghost force with real power. They now command drug corridors, arms smuggling routes, cryptocurrency laundering operations, and mercenary contracts that span the Americas. They control 80% of all gun trafficking into the United States, and dominate major international drug routes across the continent. But what makes them different isn’t their violence. It’s their intelligence. No one knows who leads them. Communications are encrypted and layered in code. No one knows the names of their captains. Training takes place in sealed bunkers deep in the jungle or hidden beneath city streets. Their reach extends from cartel heartlands to urban warzones. They don’t announce themselves. They don’t show force. They strike once. And that’s all it takes.2 points

This sticks out the most.. This is a 1980's rp? Idk if this is an application made for the future of the server, or if you just have so little playtime that you didn't know that. I take it you don't read much because of your spelling 'No one' incorrect multiple times, but it's literally in the server's title. And other helping what? .... Typically the gun trafficking involving the US is taking guns from inside and then smuggling them *out* of the US... But go off queen.. Your server playtime is laughable, and I don't think your grammar was very good. That could be because English isn't your first language or smth though, so I wont hang on that for too long. I don't think I can overlook your backstory literally coming from the future though. It doesn't make sense, and gives me a very assured feeling that your rp is likely lackluster. I don't think this application is all bad, as the cartel idea is very cool; however, I think you could easily go join the already existing Cartel on the server and it would give you the exact rp you're looking for... save for the public executions ig.. -12 points

Missions A set of civilian and criminal missions that (Separate NPCs): Civilian Missions: Designed for new players, these missions introduce key locations (Clothing Store, Hardware Store, Oil NPC, Ghetto, ect.) with low-stake tasks that help with map navigation and basic mechanics and minimal rewards. Criminal Missions: High Risk, repeatable missions with cooldowns that are locked to members in criminal factions, offering cash, clothing items, or cheap weapons. These can be an alternative source for making money instead of drug production, but earn less money. Cooldowns: All missions could have a 24 hour cooldown, or longer depending on the mission type and rewards. These missions can take inspiration from early 2000s games such as GTA: Vice City and Simpsons: Hit n Run - simple missions that can increase immersion and give players new experiences within the server and give more methods of making money outside of drug production and selling (just not as much), along with being able to obtain cheap weapons. Some Basic Civilian Mission Ideas (Mission NPC located at City Hall): 1. Introduction Part 1 Talking to the NPC will direct plays to key locations around the map, for example: Checkpoint 1: Visit the Clothing Store Checkpoint 2: Visit the Electronics Store Checkpoint 3: Visit the Hardware Store Checkpoint 4: Visit Town Hall Checkpoint 5: Visit the Expensive Clothing Store Checkpoint 6: Visit the Police Department Completing this mission will reward players with $1500 cash (which they can use towards the next mission). 2. Introduction Part 2 Talking to the NPC will direct plays to City Hall to purchase an ATM with a checkpoint at the reception desk and then after purchasing an ATM account using the rewards from the last mission, it will put a checkpoint to the ATM in townhall for new players to get familiar with. Completing this mission will reward players with $500 cash (leaving them with $1000 for clothes / food). After these 2 missions, new players should be more familiar with the key locations around the map, and will have an ATM account along with $1,000 in cash before they start their criminal life. This can be helpful for factions hiring, as they can have white shirts complete these tasks instead of repeatedly showing new players themself. Some Basic Criminal Mission Ideas (Mission NPC located at they alley in Chinatown or behind apartments next to Nightclub): 1. Car Heist Talking to the NPC will direct you to a specific location on the map where a sports car has spawned (randomised between multiple set locations), once you get into the car you will have to drive it to a checkpoint before a timer ends, with the checkpoint being indicated as a "chop shop". Failing the mission (not delivering it to the checkpoint in time) will enable the cooldown on the mission and no rewards will be received. Completing the mission will reward players with $5000 cash. 2. Gun Run Talking to an NPC will direct you to a delivery van (a truckload of illegal firearms that need to be delivered to several locations). The cops get wind of the shipment, triggering a chase. The police will receive a notification matching the vans description and will be advised to chase and ram the vehicle. If the van makes it to all the locations/checkpoints before the timer runs out the person will be rewarded with $1,000 + a pistol with a removed serial number (weapon that fell out of the crate during the pursuit) and a cooldown on the mission will be added. If the van does not make it to all locations/checkpoints before the timer runs out the person will receive no reward and a cooldown on the mission will be added. 3. Steal the Package Talking to an NPC will direct you to the parking lot in tunnels, a handful of armed NPCs will spawn and you will be directed to kill the NPCs and take the package they're protecting and deliver it to another location. Dying to the NPCs will trigger a cooldown on the mission and you will receive no rewards. Killing the NPCs and successfully delivering the package to the location will reward the players with $2,500. Hello, This is the clip that lead to your blacklist https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/jsVUCVZtT3aXbyXYT/DYq9wubgruhX?invite=cr-MSxrMjUsMjcwMDU2MjY3LA . DopeAsRoe was not involved it was ItsNebsNebs. However after your petflags got blacklisted you picked up props from other users that were laying on the street with your fist and flung cars from users in the air. Due to you being known for a minge I do not think your flags should be granted back at this time. After discussing with the other seasoned administrators we came to a mutual agreement that you should wait a bit longer, so that you can prove us that you genuinely left your 'minge era' in the past2 points

Currently stashes have quite a long timer delaying users from entering them after combat. Unfortunately, this includes damage taken in a car crash, an event that usually wouldn't even prevent a user from switching chars. If this is intended/can't be fixed, whatever, but it's really annoying and would be great if it didn't happen anymore.2 points

Here is a video clip provided of a mugging segment where your voice is heard https://streamable.com/zbgio7 As stated in the above replies you were identified then stalked to the Trattoria, here's an image that was taken by one of the people tailing you Here is the log which includes the date and time you committed the mugging: Here are all your chardesc logs, these logs indicate the date and time of when you changed your character description As you can see on the date of the mugging 6/04 you did not change your description at all, but had changed it a few times the day prior (6/03)2 points

Just because the outcome "didnt get affected" doesnt give you the right to do it at the first place. You're in a roleplaying scenario, you can clearly see the cop chasing you because he wants to arrest you. There is something that happend before the clip that made the cop believe you're a suspect of something thats against the law. The intend is there to hinder the police in a unfair way by spawning in a prop and just because it is late at night doesnt mean you can disrupt others and their RP because you feel like '"oh its late at night lemme just minge" you had a prior note given by adam for propflying. I feel like you're sorry because you now have to face the consequences of your own action. Your flag appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this blacklist to be reasonable and/or justified. Ensure you have read our Server Rules.1 point

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: because i didnt even do anything and the only person that was mugged was me and idk what rule i broke1 point

This is so blatantly obvious that your own excuse doesn't even line up. Upon reviewing of the clips, the situation is clear. You're following your friend on one character as they're being arrested and switch to your cop character ON CLIP. The cadet called for backup before you even switched, so you heard it on one character and still came to "assist" on your cop. You've been warned for Fail Corruption on your cop char before, and you have a significant moderation history. You should know better. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified. Ensure you have read our Server Rules.1 point

There was a misunderstanding we did not know that he was removed from the faction due to an unwhitelist ticket. That does change things, overall the situation in our eyes was he asked to retire, which we interpreted as retire and stay in faction which I stated above we never gave him permission to leave, we then see him on civilian whitelist and thought that he had just clicked F1 Leave Faction which was a risk in our eyes and we do not allow people to leave after they are involved criminally. This is a mistake on our part in terms of the person just unwhitelisting someone like that without letting us know and we are very sorry for the confusion and hassle this has caused. We will take into account the wording of orders and reasonings to make sure there are no confusions in the future and this does not happen again.1 point
-
Can you please elaborate on the orders given, according to the hit reason it was for "being caught handling drugs when told not to" and "failing to pay kick ups" the orders did not mention his retiring nor had this person physically left the faction at this time @allenk Moreover can you point to the specific instances these orders are referencing?1 point

Now that Police make actual consistent money we can introduce pricing variations based on this, to actually put thought and cost behind the gear you take at, it's very much a time in time out system. It also just makes more sense that the higher rank a cop is the better gear he/she can use and afford, as they receive better pay. It just generally balances the server out more. The only valid argument against it is that weapons are wasted during trainings, which is a fair complaint, but the LTs can simply acquire/request a training budget from their PD HC board, 10 to 20k for a single training with a dozen or more officers is doable. That being said balance is achieved via trial and error. PD prices over the last week have changed as follows: 1st change: Slight increase (no one noticed) 2nd change: Larger increase (This was noticed) 3rd change: Slight decrease (This was not noticed) 4th change: Another decrease (Hasn't been pushed yet) Also going to increase the weekly pay cap from 70k to 100k It's about finding a good middle ground, and I think that with the 4th change it's been found. More PD and criminal balancing updates (unrelated to lockers) to come.1 point
