Hello, I am the person in the first clip here to make some clarification. I had been running our tattoo shop all day, not the golden armory as you stated in your post. At some point you pulled up while I was already helping other people getting tattoos. While in mid conversation with these people you then jumped on my chair and said you wanted a tattoo I told you to wait because people were ahead of you, you then got up and I proceeded to help the people who were there first, while doing so I heard the sound of a something getting equipped then shortly after the sound of a gun being pulled out and being put on safety. The people i was helping then stated you had a gun so I kicked you out and told you not to come back. But you came back multiple times and I had run you out multiple times, it reached the point that people in the shop had to stand by the door as security to make sure you didn’t come back. And this is just interactions with you. I was told you had been harassing other members of my faction all day warranting your sit with aceadmiral. I realized after I had already kicked you out that recognized who you were being, that I still had your name and realizing you probably just trying to cause issues after we blacklisted you. So your claim of metagame is clearly invalid. And you were blacklist for general low quality, being paranoid, as well as bringing heat to the faction, the issue had passed and you really should have been pkd but due errors outside our control you were metagamed the pk, so instead you were removed from our faction and told to forget everything about us which was fine on our end because you were out of our hair and had no ic info on us but it’s clear you didn’t forget about us. Even after a 7 DAY BAN the same day you were removed from our faction for an unrelated reason. THE DAY you returned you decided harass us and tried to get us arrested by powergaming, and when that didn’t work, it was very obvious you were trying to get us to rdm you or metagame info so you could try to get us banned. So to clarify, you don’t need a reason to be banned from a place of business, I could have banned just cause I didn’t like the way you jumped on my chair, or cause I didn’t like the clothes you were wearing. even if you pulled a gun or not, it’s my business and I didn’t want you there. But you insisted on returning to harass us, after you were told to leave multiple times. Even in your clip which you edited down to leave out the part were you walk into my business again and I had to kick you out again, that I wanted nothing to do with you because I was ignoring you but you couldn’t let it go and as you walked away you turned around so you could shit talk more. Or in your third clip where you rdm someone who you probably thought is associated with us because of the ricehat but is from a different faction. And if that’s not enough you are also alting, which should net you a permanent. You got your second account banned just mins after getting this account banned for alting because you couldn’t help but load back in. You make it clear by your actions and in your own clips you’re a low quality player, harassing other players, not following server rules, holding onto a grudge for being let go cause we didn’t want to deal with you. And you’ve done nothing but prove that we made the right choice to remove you since. In my honest opinion if some how don’t get permabanned you should take some time to reflect on you action and make better choices. Because honestly who in their right mind holds on to a grudge for getting kicked out of a online group you barely know for 7 DAYS. Hey, to start off, you literally just posted a clip of you RDMing for no reason, so good job on that gang. To piggy back off my previous suggestion of “force casinos to be staffed” I say gambling should just be criminalized all together. Considering the main source of mob income was through gambling I think it’s silly that gambling here is just in the public, in businesses, in casinos and have almost no criminal element to it all. Gambling should be something that factions host behind closed doors, through word of mouth, through underground advertisements advertising gambling locations. The tables (more variety should be added) should be able to be picked up and placed down in basements and other locations to host underground criminal games. Underground casino robberies can become a thing. This would not only force casinos to be staffed but give law enforcement the opportunity to bust this illegal gambling. I just think there needs to be more criminal ways to make money on this server other than drug trafficking.

Make a pvp server so everyone can constantly fight each-other like its COD. Bad ass you can select maps like, Legrande, PD, Little Israel, Little Italy, Little Colombia and many more badass maps. The most I would do is tell the staff member, whoever is taking the ticket, that he normally does not break this kind of rule, and to just look into it a little deeper to make sure the decision is correct. The clothing tailor side will give a far more diverse RP option to buying suits, taking the measurements of each customer of course wouldnt change genuine size of the suit but will give a different and more unique way to buy their clothing as we will personally be guiding them through their purchase in an RP sense, instead of just simply looking at a catalogue buying the clothes and leaving with 0 RP. This would include, taking measurements, asking which fabrics they would prefer, lining details, button quantity, us noting the customers posture over just their standard height and shape to ensure the suits fit them in the best way and much more. As I said it has no visual change whatsoever but that is why we RP. To play out these scenarios Hope this clears it up

Mega alliance’s have ruined the server. Until they are fixed not the bandaid that is “5 factions per alliance” which we know does nothing. Make wars just temporary PK we seen the last time a war happened player count did not drop by much if anything it prevented it. Have the winning side win either a Racket, property, cash (10-50) million all depending on how sided the war is the winning side only gets one. If another war happens I hope to god it’s not a copy of a racket event. Small wars could happen if once again the alliance stuff is fixed.

Here is some more context since he likes to leave it out. I specified to him at the time he was not going to be disliked by HC for this. As a member of command myself I can confirm this is true. No one had any ill will towards him for this situation. This was simply a issue were I was a lawyer for a citizen. If it really was such an issue to us we would have have delt with it sooner. The reason he died has been stated he did not pay taxes and we have been cracking down on it. Furthermore you state that I was waiting and waiting for a deal. But you know how to speak to people if you really had any interest in paying tabs you would have found a way to make the money. However you dwelled on it

Hey Randy So I was the staff member who set your character pk active. The reason why is because according to your faction leaders, you kept skipping paying the taxes you owed them, eventually leading to your death. When you join a criminal faction, you should be aware that your actions do have consequences and avoiding them is not the way to go. On top of that, the situation with your police character had nothing to do with this situation, as far as I saw it, as they never even mentioned your cop character, leading me to believe this pk does not result from OOC beef. However, if you do have evidence that´s the case, feel free to publish such evidence in this thread.

I mean, there's nothing stopping you from having conflict RP with another faction other than your own limitations. You have some drama with another factions? send some dudes down to their business and cause trouble. Drive by and shoot at the building / windows, making escalations get more heated to initiate sit downs etc. Nobody is stopping you from doing this, other than y'all being wimps.
