Hello, I was the member of staff who handled your PK. You were set active by a member of your faction's command who had been given capo perms, regardless of whether the don, underboss or anybody else in leadership knew. Your faction then contracted out the hit to Kosher Nostra. There was a variety of reasons on these PK orders: causing internal harm, bringing drama to the family, lying to command over and over again, telling people of a false coup and making people leave the family. It was due to this number of reasons i saw fit to set you PK active. Good Luck on your appeal.

At other times when the server is maxing out there just isn't enough staff online or in game accepting tickets. I also want to help out the community that I am a part of and learn how this part of Diverge functions. I'm an active player on Diverge and I'm motivated to become an admin and help out to the best of my ability. I know a decent amount of people and I would like to say that I have good relationships with most of them. I have not been banned from this server or any other servers. Like when I got Capo or one of my friends accidentally started processing in the middle of the road, or when people used to create helicopters and fly away from cops and give you joy rides around the city. I have created a therapy clinic in the server where I have had some hilarious RP scenes. There were a ton of good GM events that I have been able to participate in, like people's insane creations like roller coasters and theme parks on the server. How do you handle this?: I'd clip it and make a ticket on it. If there are no staff on duty at the time, I would get on my staff chair and take care of it. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip it and talk to them to see if what they were doing was a mistake or they just didn't know they were in the wrong, and keep watching them. If they do it again clip that and bring it to a higher staff member about it and tell them how you have already spoken to that staff member about it and how they continued doing it. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It absolutely would be considered bias if I took that ticket. I found this forum and saw the tickets and how it seemed semi-serious, so I joined and pumped thousands of hours and dollars into it and work to do nothing but stay IC and enrich RP and contribute to my faction whatever they need from me. What do I get in return? Constantly trolled and minged, having my IC roleplay conflated as a real life crash out, and having my OOC complaints treated like I’m throwing some fit and have no right to be indignant.
