I did nothing wrong! im willing to spend my '40 year' sentance again just so i can play man! i wasnt trying to avoid punishment but im also not leaving my pc on all night to let my fake make believe character stand there while i sleep. whats the difference? if anything, me coming back online to serve my sentence is more of a display of willingness to serve the sentence and RP. lets be for real here and have a heart. my lil sis just graduated and i was supposed to waste my sleep to sit in a cell? like i said jail me again and let me join.

This doesn’t really make sense, you expect him to stay silent when he feels he was wronged. He voiced his frustration with staff, you told a rule that didn’t exist and then he wanted another member of staff that had a better understanding of the rules.

Last night while playing somebody started saying "kirkware on top" in rumours and then later a discord link was posted in rumours. I joined it and found out it was a cheating discord. I had left the diverge server and I eventually decided to try it out on sandbox. Then I went to a 1942RP server to troll around. I never cheated on Diverge this time around and I had zero intent in doing so. I assume I was banned off the assumption based on me being in a cheat discord server. If ample evidence can be provided that I cheated I will own up to it and spend time away and or pay for this. I know I cheated in the past and that makes me look bad but I have been clean since my unban and I don't want my time I've put into my main character to go to waste. Now that prices for drugs and oil change every so often, I think it would be a good idea to add some sort of a button you could press in the Drug/Oil NPC that will tell you how much a baggie or barrel is selling for, so that you know when to start selling your stock.

In recent conversations it has been increasingly frustrating for many in PD having to listen to literal children act like they know what they are doing and have the ability to boss people around. While this may be a rp server and a video game it is by no means designed for little children or meant to appear to that target audience, with a bulk of the server in their 20s-30s. Being a police officer is a high stress job as shown in this peer reviewed scientific article. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6400077/ Stress is mostly managed by the development of the frontal lobal (prefrontal cortex). (See image 1) This image shows that this functioning of the brain for stress, reasoning, and many factors that play into being a police officer come from this portion of the brain. Image 2 is a snippet of a scientific journal explaining the brain development specifically about the frontal lobe in teenagers. This snippet describes how teenagers may be able to cope with stress in calm situations, but in fast paced situations and high stress environments they react much more poorly. My suggestion is to demote all those under the age of 18 in PD command to senior officer and limit all supervisor roles to those above the age of 18. While this is still not an ideal age, this age marks legal adulthood. I also think we should strongly enforce the no one below the age of 16 in PD and actively discharge all those under that age. Our names are not hidden out of uniform, we have the same blue name as all the other cops. We have to be on some sort of approved operation to be allowed to be plainclothes, meaning you literally have to fill out more than a page of paperwork to be able to not be in uniform as a detective.

I’ve had some of the most fun online through this server and the people I’ve met through it. This has occurred through my ups and downs. I’ve had the chance to play during times when people mingle, especially during nights or down moments, and to be honest with you, it kills the mood. It makes the player more likely to do stupid stuff that they see, and from my own perspective, I’ve done it before as well. I just want that to stop from occurring and make this server a server that people play for years, having good memories and making friends that stay for years as well. I just want to extend this server to be as good as it is now in the future. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I were off duty and someone RDMs, I would first talk in admin chat by using @ and see if any admins are able to take the ticket and respond as soon as they can. I would also see if the RDM is near me so that I can have a clip ready for staff just in case the T.M doesn’t have any. But this also depends on the circumstances, such as other admins being afk, then I would get on my staff char to assist and whatnot. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If this would happen, since I don’t have the power to do anything about this, I would first collect as much evidence as I could to compile it into a Google Doc to then give it to UA / Canadian Bacon to deal with it. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: This would be 100% biased, as if you take a faction member's ticket, your subconscious would be favored towards your faction, as you know them, and it wouldn’t be fair for the other person. I would wait to see if any admins could take the ticket and deal with the situation. But look, if no one else is on and I have to take the ticket, I would do this. I would approach the ticket the same as any other ticket, no matter what the situation is and who the person is. It could be my friends or even my don. I wouldn’t care; I would approach it like any other ticket and move with collecting evidence and moving forward, and if needed, get an extra opinion from other staff / higher admins than me to help without an bias. ---------------------------------------------------------

This isn't anything insane, but a quick change that Bingus or whoever owns the Government Documents can do. Currently the Criminal Complaint sheet lists 2 charges at the top by default, but below that it asks you to describe the 3 assumed charges they're being charged with. To be more specific these cops were practically camping our motel room while we were processing drugs. they then saw a drug processor and raided the room arresting me and a few other guys I cant remember there names. I was already fed up from the situation and I just left the server. I joined back later and attempted to try and get my friend to get on a cop char and get me out without any consequences.
