Like the title says, the shipment NPC system is as uninteractive as it gets, my idea was that HC of each faction would have specific phone numbers to plugs, they'd give those phone numbers out to whoever they want(reducing the amount of racket abuse). You'd type out the phone number on one of the payphones and you'd be able to order whatever shipments through that.

I was usually just running around and mugging random people as a way to hustle my money but I would do these things in the wrong way (on newly made chars) and I would usually start problems with many businesses in the city. I genuinely want to apologize for my actions and the bad experience I gave to others, I would love for a second chance to prove that I've taken these 6 months into consideration and wont ruin this chance again. I honestly just want a new start mainly because I will not be causing problems and arguments with factions anymore, I was targeted by certain people in the community and was taking my anger out on people who didn't deserve it which was not okay of me. I got a brand new PC for Christmas and would love to come back to the diverge community, I would love to get hired somewhere and start a relationship with a faction that I can actually build many friendships with and make connections other than constantly making enemies. I miss the experience of diverge overall and will no longer take it for granted if I get another chance, I want my apology to be heard to all the staff members and members I affected even if this appeal gets denied. I'm like 90% sure not complying with "put your hands up" is not a reason to shoot, he was stood still and the muggers could have easily tried to tie him up whilst he was standing still, looks like PK hunting imo

Currently if you have a first aid kit or other type of medical supply in your inventory and you press the c menu to someone to apply it to them it applies it to yourself and not the person you're looking at. This makes no sense and it should apply the medical kit forward. Please fix.

Every time this gets suggested it gets denied. Kinda gay and cringe that people prefer the broken and unenforceable system instead.

As we discussed before in a sit I've restricted you from creating characters due to the fact right after that you got unbanned you were back to the old acts that what got you being banned at the first place. You were minging and in a span of the week you had over 10 characters created and pk'd due to dons orders / the police and at least 6 of them were also involved in either one mugging or multiple muggings. This showed you had no regard of roleplay and that you did not care about your characters lives at any given point. I gave you the ultimatum to not mug until 1st of January 2026 with the character restriction included to boost your motivation to take this serious. Whilst you may have improved I do not think its the right time for you to receive back your character creation flags.
