idk if anyone has ever played those serious hl2rp servers but after just an hour I realized how good diverge could be if the staff were insane abt the rules. Make the PK body the Ghoul model instead of the homeless character. Realistic bodies would look so much better than the random Dark RP bodies. (Or make a new one specifically for PK's)

Banning Staff Member here! You terrorized Southside after crashing out because you powergamed on PD, got blacklisted. Went on ALT characters to RDM police officers and then played multiple personality disorder in staff rooms. Then you broke FearRP, after being warned, continued to talk OOC about your other character and then after trying to RDM a cop, you were being tied up and left the server to avoid being arrested. And then you got onto alt accounts to try and circumvent the ban in which you claim it was your cousin. Ban was only 5 days by the way. You are a liar and a retard. I pray they do not unban you and save everyone a headache.

Hello, so before I go into the more specific details I would like to clear up a misconception. This pk has nothing to do with any escalation level. Reason being this hadn't been escalated yet, if he didn't pay and sos refused any action Kosher may have escalated the issue which would then make it subject to the rules of escalation and conflict. If a faction charges 100k and an apology in this situation there is no issue, as I stated prior this is not under escalation and SOS had no obligation to accept, they faced escalation if they did not go ahead and deal with this. As this issue did not reach that point it was still subject to normal faction demands under the “ You should seek a sit down with the leadership of the opposing family/gang and work out some sort of deal. Either reparations through money or possibly have a sanctioned hit against the accused party in order to maintain a diplomatic relationship without causing conflict.” Section of the rules. Due to that this is a simple case of a person refusing orders and refusing his chance clear the beef due to the risk of relations going downhill he was killed. Due to that reasoning this appeal has been denied.

Then racket war happened & with Koshers embarrassing loss, i just couldnt hold myself back from shit talking the head enforcers for losing that badly. after that war i was honestly shit talking Head enforcers a lot, & rage baiting Jared which is a head enforcer. Then 1 day most of HC of sos & made men, convene with HC & Made men of kosher infront of the deli again. THEN THE NEXT DAY THE NEXT DAY, Kosher has another sit down & Now Demands That I Be Killed for being disrespectful & not saying sorry & if i didnt that they would escalate. No, judges need to manually deny stupid retarded names. At most it would be a system that judges can directly interface ingame to eliminate the need to call staff but that's pretty low priority.

Alright so Gun selling flags? no But what we can do is put certain charplaytime requirements for certain shipments. While it won't be faction specific it can be item / weapon class specific. Would also encourage better RP to facilitate roleplay instead of making a new character and being instantly hired with access to everything. Drugs -> 1 hour Pistols -> 2 hours Shotguns -> 5 hours SMGs -> 10 hours Rifles -> 15 hours Class 4s in general -> 100 hours Some shit like that basically. Actually guarantees that the character is being played and roleplay is being had. Real risk to breaking those faction rules afterwards.

Add a new physical item for wires. such as wire tape recorders and wire taps. That when used does a /me saying you a equipped it or activated a wire tap. make it so checking people for wires is on the c menu and it has a bar like some of the forensics items would be a nice addition aswell. Make them buyable at the pd vendor or locked behind a special flag / badge. This addition would add better rp to the wire system due to the fact it’s not just /mes currently criminal factions have no way of knowing if you are in possession of wires now the physical item would add more sense of danger to wearing a wire.

Hi! With the new pk system actually dropping a physical body I believe it would make a lot of sense to actually search and loot the body of their inventory. This will allow items not to just disappear into the void like they do now and allow people to either regain lost items or to claim "trophies". For balancing i think the act of going into the bodies pockets has a % chance to leave finger prints on the corpse.

If you’re using drugs, process them and use them. if you’re selling them, process and sell them. if you’re in a faction with drugs in racket, you can’t sell your own drug once broken down to NPCs. you have to trade for other faction drugs and then process and sell those. this is a shorthand breakdown and I’d urge you to read what Dutchxcat said and follow his links if you really need more info. It’s simpler than it seems.
