So what we did was I mugged one of their chars in the crew so then they would have a reason and they could get a good clip for an edit or YouTube video (not really sure what it was for either YouTube or something else all I know is it was being clipped for something). So then once everything happened and the guy I mugged got set free, I went to drop the stuff I took out of the guys pockets and dropped it. I know that the rule book does state " you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance." This quote says how any type/sort of item transferring is strictly prohibited no matter who your doing it for. I am wondering if we can do a zero tolerance policy/ 1 strike policy if you choose to remove my ban. I do understand it was wrong and I do understand that I have extensive POs. I know that what staff may see when they see my play time and my past POs may think that I am not worthy of being the the community but I owe up to what I did. Hello I was the admin that approved of your PK! The reason why you were PKed was dons orders for missing kick ups, lying to made men, and for the possibility of being a snitch/rat. You had missed multiple weeks of kick ups and had been talked to and still not doing anything about it. You lied to made men by telling them that you went to jail and got a felony but had no record of you being in jail whatsoever. When you walked out of the PD it was around 2 hours later which led them to believe you had possibly been a snitch. These were all of the reasons on why you were killed.

This is pretty simple. You were caught in several lies and engaged in unilateral decision making in attempt to make money for yourself that strictly went against rules we set, such as how to conduct yourself when selling certain goods all the way to what goods you are allowed to sell. Furthermore, your story for the time you spent in holding/lockup/processing was inconsistent and lacking in verifiable proof once we looked into the matter. It was clear cut that you are a liability and there was a high probability that you gave badges what they needed or the promises of what was needed for them to work some sort of deal with you. Even that specifically non-withstanding, you had to go. Too many missteps and untruths.

Hi banning mod here! The reason you were banned was RDM, as you had 2 priors and I decided a 2 day ban would suffice. The main problem with this entire situation was ; Firstly, you guys were following him. I understand telling someone to leave, but you all actively followed him, preventing him from leaving anywhere. You not only parked a car inside the entrance to the car dealer, at 2:05 in the clip provided, but your friends proceeded to stand in his way and bodyblock, not allowing him to exit. Not only did I get a second opinion from AceAdmiral at your request, I got a third and final opinion from gozmouz. Your other biggest issue was with how you handle escalation. You seem to think you can immediately kill someone just for calling you some bad words and or offending you. Please do refer to the escalation guidelines in the future, as you're not allowed to kill them just for offending you.
