Make a way to have moonshine or any type of alcohol distillery to add some atmosphere to the game . Be able to sell it illegally like drugs and stuff. Have the ability to turn the distilled alcohol with the right ingredients into rum or whatever it may be.

If we look at your last perma ban it said that you would be unbanned with the stipulation that you don't get banned again, you got banned 5 more times, in my opinion, you should have already been permabanned, so this not being a major rule break doesn't mean much it's just the straw that broke the camels back. You have repeatedly shown us that you don't want to play this server seriously so there is no point letting you come back. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. Yes but it wasn't like I chose to neglect to pay my faction even being in contact with them and keeping up with my dues they chose to kill me after the fact that I paid them my dues I find this even more BS because after missing out on last weeks payment and promising to pay double (which I did) the capo even said "don't stress it". There was false hope and a huge waste of my time. I want you to look at it through my shoes because It was not like I was fucking around and refusing to pay I was compliant and told them I missed it and was honest with them and even offered to pay double which they gladly took I paid and I have been loyal to the faction and they a pull a 180 on me on one week of late payment (which I paid for) Whats the point of even being in a faction and trying to RP with them and trying get promoted if they are just going to off you for no reason

+1 It was only once he realized that his other character was involved he left the situation; while that may have been OOC information, and it did act slightly for his own benefit, there is a longstanding de facto rule that police do not investigate their other characters and DAs don't prosecute their other characters. There was a conflict of interest in this situation which clearly made it inappropriate for the player to continue engaging in the RP situation, there is no reason that he should be punished as he was simply following the longstanding rule of not interacting with your other characters, which he also could have been punished for if he continued the investigation, which would also lead to him being banned because of his POs. Secondly, as Smokey points out, besides the conflict of interest principle that has been clearly laid out and enforced, if Chief Sosa continued this RP situation and arrested his Out-of-Character friend and took his firearm as would be proper and standard procedure in a case like this, he would be transferring the firearm from one of his characters to another via the arrest, and benefiting from giving the firearm to the evidence locker in exchange for in-game money. For these two clear and substantiated reasons, one of which draws upon long-standing rules that affect police and DA characters, thereby affecting him at the moment, and the second being that if he did not call off the RP interaction he would be committing a greater offense by transferring items to another one of his characters for his own benefit, I believe that this ban should be completely lifted and the note removed. @Aiden Why don't you retort instead of just calling me dumb?

+1 He is great, the notes on Prometheus network's are irrelevant; a permanent ban is inappropriate for a mistake made trying to legitimately carry out serious RP, despite this He is apologetic. Diverge is lucky he didn't use SKK-Drachengruppe powers to send space lazers to the server box.

+1 He has been gone for more than a year; it is reasonable that he could have changed. With 16 RDM Offences he played on average 36 hours without RDMing, meaning that he likely played for weeks straight on the server without any offences and is simply prone to killing those who piss him off in one way or another but are not permissible under the rules. It is not unreasonable to draw that with the amount of RDM compared to his high playtime, Pappy has intended to play seriously but has often made mistakes, with those he killed likely not being RDMed in the sense that the killings were in actuality random, but those he killed out of annoyance or grievance but were incompatible to the rules. Pappy should be allowed to come on Diverge oncemore.

+1 There is no reason to hold above one's head what they did on a Garry's Mod server years ago. Bread obviously has had no intent to break the rules for years, as his last ban was over two years ago. Since his appeal on April 8th, he has played and participated in this community with due regard to the rules. While the killing may have been slightly outside of the rules, it is clear that the person that he killed was harassing him and was warned to stop verbally harassing Bread multiple times before he killed him, it is no reason to exclude a well-preforming member of this community that has shown that he has not minged in years. The ban at hand should be reduced to a ban fitting of someone of his standing, without regard to his years-old nores, as it is only a slight misstep and obviously not the kind of thing that the Community Manager had spoken of when he said that this is Bread's "only second chance". Furthermore, I encourage the admin who banned Bread, and is now arguing against unbanning Bread to seek justice for those involved, not merely to secure the longest bans. I ask that the public interest is upheld, considering that he has played for months without any infractions and intends to continue to be a great part of the community, he should be allowed back.

Once again I was not brought into a staff sit instead I just finished a drug deal after getting off of my cop char and then I was met with a ban screen. After a second of confusion I dm'd Byte and I asked what did I do was metagame. He further explained that the reason it was metagame was because I stopped an rp scenario of an arrest because the black man who is ix-crazy-xi eluded to me giving him the gun on a different char (that same char is pk'd and deleted) and if I had pursued an arrest then the gun would have come back to Alfonso Varese which would lead to a warrant on myself. That's saying if I even wanted to pursue a warrant to be begin with and throughout being a member of PD I rarely do unless the person in possession of the illegal firearm is going into court. Yes I do know ix-crazy OOC'ly as he is a friend of mine, but Byte assumed that I was enacting a legitimate firearms license check when in reality I did not want to pursue anything from the beginning. I was merely breaking balls since I knew he 100% did not have a license and neither could he afford it. The way that I insinuated that it was not a real stop was by giving the fake callout "black nigger with a gun" and then once he said "Do you want to see were I got it from" I played along and left him alone. If it had been a real rp scenario he would have just shot me or I would have immediately drawn my gun and pointed it at him as I do with multiple same case scenarios especially since he was masked up and actively brandishing the scorpion. Even if I had arrested him and pulled finger prints from the gun, I do not understand how I would be able to charge myself with the crime of possessing an illegal firearm because I think it would have been voided by conflict of interest and power game. Even if I'm found to be in the wrong the ban length being permanent for something so small and no one getting hurt is an over reaction and byte knows it. Especially since he didn't even bother immediately acting upon it once the ticket was made and instead waiting 3 days to look at logs.
