I was considering simply accepting this and giving the benefit of the doubt but seeing your behaviour on the appeal doesn't really make me want to, why bother with people that can't behave themself. Shows a similar level of restraint for following the rules.

I think it would be pretty reasonable to remove tire smoke. Especially the colored ones. It gets annoying having people do spinouts and donuts around a small area covering the entire area with smoke. Removing this may reduce the amount of people doing donuts and burnouts.

I have one character in a crime faction, one in the Rockefeller Oil Company, my Cadet char is now an Officer with an application open to become ESU, and I had my BAR reinstated where I have helped numerous players get released from jail / reduced sentences. My last ban was in 2022. Since returning I have made extra sure to be aware of the rules and follow them at all times. I appreciate the reply
