if it were me theres no point on doing like "one at a time" like doing one someone wants fixed only when asked, so many of the headmodels are in use, what if a high number of people request for theirs to be fixed all at the same time, why not just do everything at once

According to the moderator it was a fail mug but why am I getting caught in the cross-fire, I didn't initiate it and nothing would have changed me being there or not. A week ban for participating in a "Fail mug" for 10 seconds is absolutely ludicrous I fail to see how that's justified in the slightest, a day or two is more understandable, but a week? I'd get a lesser punishment for RDM or Minging. Why should you be unbanned? I think the best moments are always found within small interactions between you, and some Unknown guy on the street, where you just remember for a second that everyone around you is an actual person. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I was off-duty, I would be happy to make a staff ticket myself, or encourage the involved parties to do so. This would then ideally lead to an active staff member handling the ticket, and I would be available to provide a clip or support if necessary. If there were no other staff active, or it was a particularly busy time, I would encourage the involved parties to make a ticket and then claim it in an official capacity, rather than skipping over that initial step. If there is a preferred protocol for this, I would be happy to learn it, too You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would communicate to the staff member that the abuse is becoming frequent and that despite it being somewhat "lowkey" it is likely to cause them or me an issue in the future, and may be effecting the wellbeing of players or other staff, and so they need to fix up their behaviour. If they showed no ability to express remorse or understanding of what they were doing wrong, and made no promise to stop doing these minor infractions, then I would speak with a separate higher ranked staff member to inform them of the ongoing problems, and leave it in their hands. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would say this constitutes a possible bias, as one might feel like they can let their friend off easy, due to their anecdotal past experiences with them. In this circumstance, I would not be involving myself with the ticket, unless necessary. The ticket needs to run its course through the proper due process, without the personal opinion of a staff member. If there is proof of the RDM and/or minging, the correct punishments or warnings need to be issued. Whilst I know I would have no gripe with issuing proper consequences to members of my faction(s) it is also preferable for the sake of preventing bias accusations, that someone else handles the ticket. If there is no other option, or I am required to take the ticket I would do my most to ensure 1. a fair and due process and 2. the parties involved leave free from concerns of bias. To conclude: I have been massively engaged in Diverge for a good while, and enjoying it so much, I think I am a good fit to assist in the moderation of the server, and that both fellow staff and the community/playerbase would get along well with me, and I can devote enough time to make the required weekly quota (and then some) Thanks for your consideration! ---------------------------------------------------------

Hey. So after looking this over with other members of staff we have come to the decision to deny this for multiple reasons. 1) you don’t properly give the orders to leave your property. As the rules state you need to give the orders while having a gun out and ready. Which is not what was happening here. 2) he complies and gets up then you gun him down after still not following any proper escalation. due to those reasons listed above your appeal will be denied. In summary, this should not be considered a mugging char because of the assets that the char has, the age of the char, and the fact that it was a former faction member. Why should you be unbanned? When you first join a faction a little tab appears on your screen stating that you may be PK'd for a multitude of reason, before you join a faction a display appears stating the risks that come from joining a criminal faction. Dons may use any reason to PK someone in their criminal faction just as long as it is deemed appropriate. Very sorry for your loss. I hope this manages to clear things up!
