In the clip you can clearly see them wait for us to shoot the man in the phone booth not even making any attempt to arrest us or anything why set up a whole thing like that with no intent to even RP at all just immediately shot us from bushes. "Officers may not execute suspects, they must make an effort to arrest a suspect and when possible render aid to a bleeding suspect." there was literally no effort at all we were set up to be killed
