-1 as you said and mostly everyone else, too many italian's already it just isn't original and the old fashion rp examples aren't stated - being here since 2024 but only 6 days of playtime is not enough experience to run a faction not to mention the faction would not last due to lack of experience -mentioning that you used to be a minge does not set a good impression

Stacy its not about him rdming, its about him trying to evade the ban in the first place, which was kinda stupid to do since the ban was only 3 days, which I personally wouldn't evade since it isn't even longer than a month, but that's just me. But anyways since I know this individual, I do have some things to say, this guy is just an idiot (in a good way) he diddnt mean any harm by trying to evade, because well he doesn't even know how to ban evade for shit, but anyways this appeal is invalid in the first place since its been less than 6 months since his last appeal, so me glazing wouldn't do much since this appeal will just get denied anyways.

Ppl get banned 10 times for rdm and keep coming back but a player relatively new to the server who just didn’t read the rules gets PERMA banned on his first offense ?

Hey, there are a couple of points I want to talk about here.1-the “voiding” , 2- Your misunderstanding, 3- your minge char claim, 4-actual orders. 1- As Boom said, nothing was voided. It was your thought that it was, there had been no UA involvement. You both decided to just stop that roleplay, it did not negate any orders and or rp that occurred. 2- Like stated prior, this was something that you misunderstood, while it is tragic that you misunderstood, it was nothing on our side or any staff error. Misunderstanding between people in rp is not a reason to unpk a char. 3- as stated in the character rules “You may not have a minge/non-serious character for 'messing around”. So that also dose not help your case when you admit its a character that has no intent to have meaningful roleplay overall. 4- there are no issues with the orders themself, so that dose not come into effect here. Due to the reasons stated above this pk has been deemed valid and the appeal will be denied.

Hi In this case you took a guys valuable item then ltarped, which got you pked. You bluntly did it and admitted to it, in certain cases we allow rp to continue and allow an unpk, but this isnt one.

Hey, so when you join a faction you can basically be pked for anything. In this case you were killed for not paying kickups and being a ghost hire. Due to that they ordered your death, in situations like this where no rules were broken and the reasons are valid we do not appeal pks. Due to that this will be denied.

Hello, In this situation there are two main factors that influence this decision.Those being, the baton hits and you already having your gun out. To start with the baton, A single hit with a baton dose not invalidate nor initiate a violent conflict. Batons are a non lethal form of police engagement as listed in their sop, its similar to how punching a cop once does not give them the right to pk you. Secondly you were already aiming your gun at the cop prior to even getting hit with said baton, in that situation you had decided to pull out your gun, and aim it at cops while getting chased. That alone gives the cops a reason to shoot and pk you, even if you didn't get a chance to shoot. Of course that's not the case for every situation as accidents happen, but that's not this case. Due to all of the factors laid out above we have deemed this pk valid.

That being said, where is the line drawn between a cult faction and a minge faction? - i mean.. impact wise I dont really see it and it being more "noise" in the city

As good as this sounds, I feel like this would unbalance the game so bad is what i was gonna say... but if the cooldown still in making orders between shipments then it would just make it pointless unless you REALLY need that 1 single drug to come in cos somebody in your faction forgot 1 brick during a crew deal But regarding selecting spawns for shipment delivery, im more on the No side. But who am I to comment, i just use drugs not order em.

How do you handle this?: I would take a clip and then if I see a staff member that claimed it I would DM them the clip of them RDMing. But I wouldn't take this into my own hands. What do you do?: If I even saw it happen I would clip all of the incident's and then create a ticket or dm a staff team leader and then get the person delt with. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would personally not take the ticket due to potential Bias allegations. But if I was the only staff member on I would act like I don't know him and If I see blatant or just full proof of them just being a dumbass and Rdming I would just hand them a punishment because If they get mad at me I don't care because It's just a game. ---------------------------------------------------------
