I'm not even going to put down a + of minus but the way you have evolved around Diverge I do believe you are still a bit to immature for certain ways of handling situations which you have proven to us, a way how you respond to scenarios already being handled or that couldve easily been avoided or was already solved. You'd be lighting the torch back on fire. I don't think you can keep your temper well enough that a staff member needs within the team.

Out of all my muggings on Hans since being back, I have only pk'd a few people. Also, the clip someone provided somewhere above this of me only mugging someone with no value is about the only clip of me mugging someone with no value. So, get your facts straight and quit acting like all I did on the server was mass mug and minge. You, just like a lot of the people in the server, just don't like people mugging, it's as simple as that. I have written in a document every mug I have done on my Hans character since being back and only 2 of them didn't have serious value. Sure, there was a rare occasion where I was in an alley and couldn't see that someone didn't have serious value. But acting like that's all I went for is completely wrong. Never did I mass mug, NITRP, or PK hunt. I only hear people complaining about the mugging problem and never telling people to put their gun on safety in alleyways. If you are dumb enough to have no guns out in a mugging zone then you are just stupid and deserve to be mugged. Also just curious because apparently all I did on the server was mug. Is there any proof of that? All I have seen from you ( the banning admin ) is just saying it was a group decision from other admins and they feel that's all i've done aswell. It would be nice if I could see any sort of proof of this pk hunting, mass mugging, and NITRP that you're speaking about. Never did I pk hunt, never did I break the rules by mass mug, and never did have no intent to roleplay.

hi so what exactly did he rulebreak? because last I checked mass mugging is mugging right after mugging someone before the timer runs out as you can see in this image And also who hunts for pks besides cops? if you're not valuing your life and not following orders from the people who put you in fear rp, you should be pk'd if killed. I know if I was caught in a mugging zone without my gun on safety I would for sure comply as I value my characters life, to me that's not PK hunting, that's just logic.

I barely remember but I shot somebody in an alley and logged a year or two ago. I really want to play again my friends keep telling me to hop on. This is one of the good servers and I would like to continue playing. What happened wasn't a full representation of my character. I'm confident once I brush up on the rules I can do better. Nothing like that will happen again. It was a joke gone bad, I didn't expect to be banned for life, I am sorry for it. If i remember right it was a year or two ago. I've appealed before, and it was denied. I plan on being active and adding to the atmosphere of the server if I can get this appealed.

could be an idea for like an illegal melee weapon market, Long knives like stiletto's were criminalized for their concealment lethality and ease of use, could make it so these illegal weapons are like a class above regular hardware store weapons that in which they are more lethal but if you are caught using one of these illegal weapons it would be a modifying factor to whatever crime u committed. Garotte wire might be like a weird implem since that's more of a strangulation mechanic weapon but weapons like switchblades, Nailed/Barbed Baseball bats (to cause bleeding+impact damage) Blackjack that could work like the boxing gloves in which the use of would knock a person out rather then outright killing them (could be used in kidnappings), Brass knuckles and some kind of short sword (like a katana/tanto) and these would all be pretty realistic weapons at least for the time period. Could also really make Melee Vs Firearm pvp interesting as it would sort of be like the same risk/reward a person operates under while carrying non conceal carry firearms above class 1's to have more firepower in a firefight, but whereas with melee weapons they would also be taking the risk of being seen with/using these lethal illegal melee weapons that in turn the reward would give them somewhat of a level playing field against a guy with a regular class one or two, and would probably also encourage people to train their stats more to explicitly start training to use these more powerful weapons for whatever kind of scenario (especially with coke, max strength,30 stam), and to scale these weapons so that from a ranged perspective, your top priority would be dispatching the person who wants to close the distance with said weapon because to allow someone to close the distance on you with a katana or a nailed bat would be akin to losing a firefight and would change the way people approach situations where more then 1 person is armed and they have to think "will that guy with a fucking katana close the distance on me while i reload" and would add another layer of complexity to large or smaller firefights/conflicts where its mostly people just getting shot, would also give police the added fear of needing to contend with high lethality melee weapons and potentially firearms at the same time. Could all be a pipe dream but i personally believe the melee meta could be real

Hello! As already stated you were PK’d for starting a violent confrontation with police. This is clear from you being the one to begin shooting at a clearly marked NYPD officer. His badge is in plain view and his crest on his shoulder is right in your face where you were “trying to place your crosshair” which apparently obscured your vision enough to not see the blue name over his head. The next argument you try to make is that the raid is invalid which means it’s all invalid. That is false for the OOC side of things. If you believe it was illegal that is an IC issue and would be handled via the courts not an OOC PK appeal. The question UA had to decide is that if this raid was false enough to be considered fail corruption which would be an OOC factor affecting your PK. We have decided it is not. The officers had a search warrant for the exact location you were located in. They acted on the location that was signed off on by the judge. Anything beyond that is an IC issue. Appeals are not a way to settle or get around IC issues. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

Hello i am the DA that got this raid executed . Stop crying about getting Pked. It is a fair PK. Cops raid the room you tired to shoot them. you missed all your shots and got packed.

I like the idea of having new melee that remains in the 1990s feel of things, such as knuckle dusters or flip knives etc etc.
