Having a gun on safety is considered an idle threat. The individual who was pressing you for your name did the right thing by escalating properly, his gun was on safety and he didn't point it at you. If he pointed it at you, then retaliation could have taken place. Secondly, the beginning of this clip is quite strange to me - there are three of you moving around without saying a word, if you're in a discord call - please refrain from this when you are unbanned. I also highly suggest amending your clipping software to make sure that your voice is captured. Whilst it doesn't really make a difference here, context can play a pretty important part in some situations. I suggest you and your friend watch this video and read the rules on killing again. He pulled out his gun because he said this is your last order and we weren't going give him what he wants. How can pulling out a firearm shortly after making such a threat be considered an idle threat? It doesn't matter if his gun was briefly on safety; the fact that he drew it after explicitly said that this is your last order made it clear that violence was imminent. We simply refused the order because we were leaving, there was nothing about "probably felt unsafe" before the draw, his last order was being disobeyed that's it. I think this is an undeserving ban because of the circumstance. It was an extremely tense situation and unfolded quite naturally. RDM = Random Deathmatch. Based on what is said above is this really RDM?

Hi I'm the person that banned you for RDM. I updated your ban to 2 days due to the fact that you got 3 notes within just the span of a couple weeks. Anyways he said "this is your last order" but he had no gun out. He then pulled his gun out because your friend probably said that he felt unsafe. It does look dumb but as me and the person reporting you demonstrated in the sit, having your gun on safety is a idle threat! Having your gun off of safety is a threat though. All of your notes in the short amount of time made it clear you don't understand what RDM is. As I said before you had 3 notes within a couple of weeks making it obvious that you needed a little time to learn what RDM is.

+1 This guy being perma banned for years on end seems a bit much; however granted he attempted to try to levy the ban through different means by attempted connections on different steam accounts, It doesn't look like he has a history and even then that was about three years ago. Anyone new probably wouldnt have known the risks. Imo I would give him a shot and if he screws up then the punishments would be heavier.

So your whole idea of bringing rp is to buy "very unique uniforms, pins, and vehicles." So, no actual intention of promoting Russian-based rp that will show how unique and different you guys are to the rest of the server. "We are right now working on expanding our knowledge to give that Russian feel to the server and making a more unique faction then most ever see." If you are only now looking into knowledge of russian rp it seems you had no intention of actually focusing on roleplay and instead rushed things because you wanted to run a faction. This just seems like a desperate attempt to power grab into the server. I understand you have been a former HC of a certain faction, whether or not that was top 3, I will not know; however, that doesn't mean you will know how to run a faction from nothing. Again just seems like a faction that doesn't know its identity and will probably change to some other nationality after 6- 8 months.

If you want to become a game master then you can apply for staff and then apply for GM. The standards for neither are not unreasonable. Unfortunately the permissions that come with being a GM mean it's not something we can just dish out without you first being a member of staff. You could very easily be a GM main as a staff member and fulfill the 20 tickets a week requirement just from tickets related to your event. Although this wouldn't mean you're exempt from other staff obligations. If you want events for you or your faction, there are a number of current Gamemasters who will happily arrange that for you. Just open up a UA ticket in Discord.

I have played games with RP servers that used “RPA” Roleplaying Administrators who exist with the lowest level permissions simply to do RP events and help mediate RP scenarios; could even help mitigate some of the lesser staff tickets that Admins don’t want to deal with or don’t require as much oversight. +1 at the very least to OP. Great ideas, for the most part, if not entirely great.

I think times are changing and since there alot of homosexuals in the italian factions, why not make it lbgt friendly? i mean they enjoyed my pridewalk props and im sure not only they but JMZ himself will stand behind this. also in the 1980s-1990s the gay community started to exploded and stand strong. so its lore friendly. Especially in little italy!
