What is your motivation/reason for applying?: The reason I wish to apply for staff is as follows. First off, I feel I can contribute to the server by dealing with people who repeatedly break server rules and overall help the roleplay keep going. To add on, I feel as if I can help with the response time of staff and hopefully decrease the wait time tremendously. Furthermore, I truly enjoy the server that diverge has made and the friends and people I have met along the way. I wish to be able to keep making fun memories and hilarious moments while also making sure the server rules stay unbroken. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I believe that I am a better choice than other candidates because, I feel well versed in the diverged community rules as well as the server rules. To add on I also am able to be on during odd hours where not many staff are on/available therefor I am able to respond to tickets made in these odd hours. Another example as to why I am a better pick over other candidates is that I am able to remain unbiased in most situations where some other candidates cannot. I am able to overcome and reach a conclusion even in the toughest of staff sits. If so, why?: I have never been banned from any Diverge Server Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would like to say that I am well known throughout the server maybe not always the best because of my cop char. However, I would like to think that I am a well-liked man and also respected in some parts. I treat everyone from a brand-new white shirt to someone thats been playing damn near day one with the upmost respect because I feel that if I wish to be treated with respect than I must treat others with respect. I've been told from civs to cops and to government officials that they enjoy my company and respect me. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: There are too many to count I truly enjoy every interaction I have with someone on this server because with each new person I meet its just a new adventure that awaits! Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If someone RDMs and I am off duty and the ticket was made I would go On Duty, take the ticket and ask for the clip (If they can provide one). I would then check the logs and the place they were killed and what they were killed by. If everything is completed and it is confirmed to be RDM I would then check their notes. If the person has no RDM notes before this incident I would warn them and leave a note on them. However, if it's a recurring issue then I would have to take it to a possible ban based off how many times it has happened in the past. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Staff Abuse is Staff Abuse plain and simple if they're using their staff powers to abuse others then I shall make a clip and report it to someone who's higher up the command chain or make a Staff report ticket. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Seeing as they're a member of my faction/friend I would first see if another staff member is able to deal with it. If there is none then I shall deal with it. Now, one is to believe that bias can exist. However, for me personally I am not one to hold bias. In a staff sit there is only right and wrong and the facts. Now if the accuser has a clip showing the RDM/Minging I would have to warn them/ban them if it's a recurring issue and inform them that they should set aside some time to read the server rules again so as they don't get in further trouble. --------------------------------------------------------- Please understand that once a staff application is posted you are open to receiving either negative or positive critique from the community as well as staff. Your consistent activity on the server will also be monitored and applications can remain open for weeks before any sort of decision is made on them.

I guess I just don't understand gmod or props enough, cause I gathered a large list of props and they either weren't available for whitelist or they were too illegal w/ item counterparts so they denied it due to potential metagame/powergame/police issues. I wanted to be able to at least have some drugs broken down for use in a private setting. I was willing to take the hit if I got caught with weed props or whatever. I don't see how it's any different than spawning crates full of guns or whatever, but eh... whatever. Good luck getting some new props put in. I love using them for RP.
