Quite frankly this entire posts just seems like youre advocating for police to have even more ways to fuck over crim RPers when its already bad enough as it is

Perma Kills, most of us have done them on a criminal char and basically every cop gets one or 2 and displays it in their description alongside the amount of plea deals they've gotten for white shirts trespassing. But PK's are done in a bunch of ways all with differing amount of risk involved. I think there should be some extra options to PK people but only if you've put in the time and effort to plan ahead, on the other end, I also think there should be punishments for PKing someone quick and easy just off the streets. OPTIONS FOR PLANNING AHEAD Something simple like concrete shoe's would be nice, but you can't buy them, it needs to be something you go out and trade for. While it would probably something a bit more niche in practice, it would be the perfect thing for planning ahead as there's no blood, there's no casings and the body basically cleans itself up. Another option could be placing a sock over your gun, I'm not sure how it could be implemented but it would basically delay when the casings drop to the next time you reload, again this is just kind of a "This would be cool" kinda option. PUNISHMENTS FOR THE QUICK AND DIRTY First of all, forensics should have more ballistics options, as there is a unique print from the rifling of a gun left on a bullet after it is fired. So forensics should be able to take the bullet out of a body and store the ballistics from that round incase they find the gun later, thus being able to close cold murder cases. Next would be if your character is winded (Out of stamina or recovering and unable to run) I think there should be a chance that you drop the casings when you try and pick them up and need to do the whole casings pickup wait again. Overall, most PK's are seemingly done just out on the streets (I know there's a bunch that happen behind closed doors that I don't know about but shush) and they OFTEN just fall under cold cases, never to be solved. As of now, there's more ways to get fucked over if you plan ahead rather than just go out and do it, which seems completely backwards. And before people start saying "This is Mafia RP" I know, but the way things are, it looks more like "Street gang RP."

It is a PK. Any death while trying to escape is a PK. Drowning etc.

I've pked many a retard in the water. Good strategy is to pull out the baton, beat them to near death. If they die even after being tasered and cuffed it's a pk. Do with that information as you will. If you stop moving while dragging them they sink. Accidents have been known to happen. Remember the baton will not let you actually kill them don't be afraid to really let em have it. If they drown bc they're doing a retarded evasion strategy that's literally on them.

-1 It was a clear mass rdm. You shot and killed me and 2 others. We were on the sidewalk following a Probationary Officer filming him because he wasn't supposed to be out alone patrolling. When you were pulled to the admin sit, you lied to the admin stating that we were harassing you. No one was harassing you, no one cared you existed, we were all going at the Cop. Deal with the ban.

It's impossible to tase someone if they just stay on top of the water. Hello Your defense is terrible; we don't do the whole realistic drugaddict Roleplay by abusing in game mechanics to avoid being tazed and arrested. Realistically if you'd fallover you could still be cuffed by the police whilst in game you can't. You also deliberately baited the police to chase you which could be considered Cop Baiting. Whilst you was in the cells you admitted to me you were intentionally wasting the guys time aswell which could be considered NITRP with the way you were doing it. You was an ex staff member, you should know better. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified.
