To the Administration and the applicant, As a dedicated member of this community for several years, I feel compelled to respond to this appeal with candor and professionalism. While I respect the applicant’s right to submit an appeal, I must express deep skepticism regarding both its content and its timing. The infractions in question were not minor oversights or innocent misunderstandings. They involved clear and repeated violations, including ERP-related behavior that disrupted the community, followed by deliberate ban evasion and character transfers intended to circumvent moderation decisions. These actions demonstrated a conscious disregard for the rules and for the comfort of other players at the time. The applicant now claims the original incident was merely “a joke that was misinterpreted.” This characterization strikes me as disingenuous. Rules regarding ERP exist for very good reasons, and experienced players understand that such boundaries are not open to creative interpretation or humorous testing. To suggest otherwise after three years is to minimize the impact those actions had on the server’s atmosphere. Furthermore, the assertion that the applicant “did not fully understand how strictly the rules were enforced” is difficult to accept. Our rules have always been clearly documented and consistently applied. The additional steps of ban evasion and character hopping further indicate that the applicant was fully aware of the consequences and chose to defy them anyway. Most concerning is the timing. The appeal arrives more than three years after the ban. During that extended period, the community has continued to grow and uphold its standards without the applicant’s presence. To suddenly reappear now, expressing maturity and a desire to return, feels less like genuine personal development and more like an opportunistic attempt to regain access once other options have presumably been exhausted. True accountability would have manifested much sooner. The applicant speaks of taking “full responsibility,” yet the language throughout the appeal carefully softens and distances the original behavior rather than confronting it directly. Phrases such as “I understand now” and “looking back, I should have been more mindful” read as polite deflections rather than sincere ownership. This polished presentation does not erase the pattern of rule-breaking that led to the permanent removal in the first place. As a regular player who values the safety, respect, and consistency of this environment, I strongly oppose reinstatement — even under probation or restricted conditions. Reintroducing someone with this history risks undermining the trust and standards the community has worked hard to maintain. The server is not obligated to offer second chances years later simply because the individual claims to have changed. I urge the administration to uphold the original decision. I understand that this appeal is being made well beyond the normal one-week timeframe, and I take full responsibility for not appealing sooner. At the time, I did not take the situation seriously and did not fully understand how strictly the rules were enforced, especially regarding ERP and related behavior. The situation originated from a joke I made that was interpreted as ERP. While my intent was not to engage in ERP, I understand now that even joking in that manner can violate server rules and create issues within the community. Looking back, I should have been more mindful of how my words could be interpreted. Regarding the admissions of ban evasion and character transfer, I understand how what I said at the time led staff to take action. I am not here to dispute the staff’s decision from years ago, but instead to acknowledge that I handled the situation poorly and take responsibility for it. It has now been over three years since this occurred, and during that time I have matured and gained a much better understanding of server rules and expectations. If given another chance, I will fully comply with all rules and ensure that nothing I say or do could be interpreted as ERP or any other rule violation. I respectfully ask for a second chance, even if that means returning under strict conditions or probation. I understand if this appeal is denied due to the time passed, but I wanted to make a proper appeal and demonstrate that I have changed.

Giving you the benefit of the doubt since the others have also received a reduction, we assume you werent (fully) aware of the escalation rules, please make sure you make time to go through it Try to make it look like a realistic fight with punching that escalates into shooting and not instantly reaching for a gun ^-^ Reducing to 1 day, but you have two other RDM Po's try to keep the record clean.

Hey so you got reported, with messages in screenshots, which we don't show because that exposes the person who reported the issue to then be harassed for being a good community member. I saw these images myself (and i dont know you so i can't possibly be biased) and in them you very clearly describing how you were specifically target mugging people you don't like to fuck with them, on one or more characters, obviously mugging is fine but it can't be explicitly OOC targeted, nor can it span alt chars, bleed into unrelated char roleplay or be the ONLY thing you do. The rules are fairly clear and yes it can be complicated because the issue is nuanced but it requires a frontal lobe. You claim you do other rp other than mugging? Fine, prove it. Even though you have an extensive ban record, this is your first perma. So I will give you a chance, a chance to redeem yourself and reform. Given your insane ban record if you get re-banned for any rule break (RDM, LTARP, NLR, etc) it will be extended to perma, not only that but you are also totally barred from mugging for the next 6 months. Should you be mugging when explicitly told not to you will be rebanned as well. You provide roleplay that isn't mugging? Perfect, do that for the next 6 months and don't get banned. Become a reformed rule abiding player on the server, because if you get re-perma'ed we're not gonna bother giving you your 18th chance.

Granted, I wrote this before we started doing custom edits of the map, which we still do edit the map periodically (and are working on some edits now) but for mafia RP bigger=/=better, even during max 128/128 pop on the server now only 10-15% of the buildings are being used at any given time. This is because people are walking around doing things, roleplaying. In gamemodes that encourage player to player interaction you want the concentration of players to be tighter, not wider. We should be making the map smaller and reducing the amount of buildings so you're more densely and sensibly using and sharing the spaces around you.

Ohhhhh i see wym i lowkey didnt get it at first, So basically you wanna know when a cop grabs your id while your in the cells or something along those lines so you can keep track of the cops with your name better? idk id maybe just use the ingame notepad or something to keep track of officers who go in cells specifically to grab your id cause tbh its usually kinda obv when they come in the cell rq and dip immediately.
