What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I spend alot of time on Diverge and most of the time is spent scrolling on my phone between shipemnts, I figure this could occupy that time and contribute to the server to keep things moving as I know there is a lot of people that wait long periods of time on tickets which I would help prevent. Staff play a big part in how the server runs and I believe I could be a good contribution. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I spend alot of time on the server and would be available at hours when most staff are not, I would enforce the rules fairly and value the part staff plays in keeping the server running. Another reason would be I have studied the rules and could issue punishemnts fairly. Im sure with my prolonged hours and late night and early moring activity I would easily meet ticket quota. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I would say one of my favorite moments would be running around trying to steal the Ark of the Covenant from the russians we were running back and forth for a good thirty minutes pulling the dupe back and forth between our businesses Have any staff members recommended you? Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would take a clip and make a ticket so an on duty staff member can take care of it. I would also let the RDM'd person know to make a ticket and their own clip via LOOC. Upon getting pulled I would provide the clip and context to help the situation be resolved. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Since this is ruining people experiences on Diverge, if they continue the abuse I would gather clips or screenchots and take them to an upper admin to avoid in fighting between staff A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Wether you know them or not you should provide any bias, if someone has broken a rule punishemnt should be delivered fairly friend or not a friend. There should be zero bias while bieng staff.

+1 When we first brought these guys in I won’t lie they were a lil mingy but we took our time and worked with them and they turned out to be amazing guys and I would hate to see the roleplay opportunity’s he brings to the table to be gone for a perm ban witch seems to harsh I was gonna stay outta this for the bias of me being his faction lead but dude has really changed his act up and brings serious and valuable roleplay to the table.

I don't believe should be Perma banned honestly and I have never seen someone get banned because they have multiple notes how should notes effect the situation. And just because people sometimes want to do something fun in the server instead of grinding because he's done a lot of that he owns multiple whitelist he's high command in a faction how can he be seen as a minge and also most of his bans are from when he just started playing his last ban was in march 5 months ago he may have had notes since then but notes aren't bans I just hope this can have some positive effect on the situation thanks for your time.
