For a long time I really enjoyed Diverge Networks Mafia RP. It's really one of the only Garry's Mod servers I've put time into. I was a serious player with multiple characters over two years ago, and even helped run a faction in a capo position. However, when that faction was betrayed within RP, I decided to MRDM. It was a regrettable decision and not one I'd make again. I made the decision through a rash and heated mindset, never within the server have I made a decision like this before. The NITRP and low quality user charges are not ones which I feel identifies with the majority of my time, or how I'd like to spend time on the server going forward. The community engagement and style of interaction on this server is something I really haven't found in other games. And the only thing I'd like to do is be apart of this community, not cause disruptions and ruin the time of others like I had. I state this all with complete honesty, I will follow all rules set, and I do hope that I'm allowed to rejoin and play once more.

@xDutchCat I asked in a discord ticket and Canadian Bacon gave me permission to re-appeal my ban. I took a while to reflect after my last appeal was denied before asking to re-appeal and put extensive thought into this one. I am hoping that I can demonstrate a growth in maturity but to do such in writing is difficult. Thank you for reading my appeal and deliberating long enough to notice such a detail. @adam I did used to use a spirit blossom Yasuo pfp on discord, and believe that my old discord account still does have such as the picture. I created a new discord account some time back and don't check that account anymore, but thank you for the connectivity. Every additional detail is further elaboration and another step from the elephant. @adam I am sorry that you fell that way. I hope that I may sway your opinion in this matter, but if I cannot then there isn't much more I can than to say I am sorry for whatever unpleasantries I have caused you; and wish you well on future endeavors.

The issue here, is the image you projected. I can't verify any sortof metagame against you, but the IC circumstances made you look guilty. The criminal faction, thought you were snitching and killed you. While, you made some points, to why you wouldn't be a snitch, they seemed to fail to consider them beforehand. This can happen, mafia wasn't exactly known for a fair trial and while, you can accuse them of bias against you and that sortof thing. There isn't any direct evidence ( or enough ), to say, they killed you because of that reason. Okay. So, I can't verify any metagame specifically against the Cash. But @Haze those DM's are some light metagame. Don't be using DMs for drug deals or to talk about IC issues, those details should be discussed ICly. I see your friend saying someone is 'banging on your door' and you saying 'its my homies saying matteo ( a police detective ) is watching us again'. That sortof thing, while just a quick heads-up is still metagame. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here, and say you didn't INTEND to to metagame and thought what you were doing was okay. But, please. Be careful in future.

all of this is only a good idea if the police are also strictly subject to following these as well- or else its just going to be gamed out into high hell by every DT and their dog. no more cops doing absolutely egregious maneuvers, mowing down small crowds and pleading oopsie-daisy. if the hammer comes down on civ driving then police are going to need to be held to a much higher standard too. it'll have to be enforceable as well, no more 'i didn't see it so it didn't happen' bs excuses of cops getting a dash cam pass but anyone else having a camera in a vehicle not being allowed to get footage (it must be equipped and the person recording not driving is a reasonable ask for something like this imo)

If possible, it'd be nice for the jailing system to automatically account for the previous offenses of charges they already have on their record if you are charging them with that same thing again. Or allow you to at least give longer sentences if someone has previous offenses and you are charging them with something already on their record. This would still be to the discretion (initially) of the AO if the previous charges add time. If automatically done, it could be toggleable like the felony.
