In your instance, whether you were planning a coup or not, other made men (trusted members of thew faction) and your Don had reason to believe you were orchestrating one or partaking in one. This suspicion can be enough to order your death. With everything we have seen, we couldn't find proof of an ulterior motive to these orders at least not damning enough to void your death and all Rp that stemmed from it. This literally makes sense. Incentivize making factions run casinos on properties they own instead of lazy money generation. It would generate RP and just be so much better. I used to love pulling up to the polish casino at the pawn shop and interacting with them as I won their money. These days I just steal $100k+ of lucchese money without them even knowing. Where is the rp in that? I used to love the rp interactions of being banned from casinos bc I won too much and I do mean that like it was fun interactions and banter.

Again, there was no evidence we were the ones that attempted to raid their room, and people are masked in ghettos all the time.

I've just rewatched the evidence, the TM's weapon remained on safety until the moment Trumader drew his firearm, which does not indicate a proportional escalation. At the time, you were 2 (appearently 3) individuals actively attempting to flee the scene of a robbery. Under these circumstances, you were considered PK-Active to members of that faction.

Also, there were 3 of us, one left to get more lockpicks.

He pulled a gun on us first, this could be seen as a matching of force.

I do admit that I have said your ooc name ingame a few times, which I take full fault for; but there is a big difference between reading orders ingame which can get me pk'd and saying someones ooc name. Take the comment on the chin and move on, maybe this is why your other two applications got denied.
