Wonnie helped me get enough evidence to kill a detective... Just because you see people acting silly doesn't mean they don't RP. He's also helped me run restaurants, hire people, and trained people when I wasn't around, and the same can be said ab genderswap. As much as I don't like the dude for my own personal reasons, his other characters maintain a proper space in rp. Just because people have silly chars doesn't mean they never rp. Sometimes people are just idiots irl. Its their entire char to be an idiot. They aren't rdming, and they aren't building a group of Randoms(Genderswap lowk did this a bit, but it wasnt bad) to intentionally promote that behavior. If it gets so bad that it is interrupting your rp, just make a report. I RP'd with you all the time. You left because you had friends in different factions and wanted to play with them. There is no problem with this, but you really shouldn't talk shit js because you wanted to leave. I had zero issues with you leaving, and respected every decision you made. Decav has fun rp, when it isnt just people standing around afk. Every faction has it's fair share of idiots, every person has lapses of judgement and make silly decisions. While there are some people who do it more than others, I think you are being very pessimistic about this. It's a game. This is the server. Ignore the people minging constantly, make a report, and stop bitching Not clothing but I wanted to add a cat car and pendred told me no. Hello! I am the admin that approved the PK! Yes, as you stated made men of the criminal faction you were apart of did notice you taking pictures, although what you did not notice was them running after you and them watching you change back into the clothes you were wearing before going back and interacting with them. This was the Clip provided to me regarding the orders, I am still actively trying to get some audio in the clip but otherwise they had caught you in the act of you doing suspicious things while under their whitelist. I was spotted taking pictures? What? By who? How? Also, the conversation we had was on a discord voice chat with a OOC undertone as I mentioned being in factions before, etc.. I did not say anything about drugs or illegal stuff that your faction may be doing. Only thing I did was hint at it but that's not the same as literally trying to incriminate someone. I completely agree with this post, Italian factions are not held to the same standard as all the other ones. All they do is sit in the back of there store watching porn on the ingame tv's, the storefronts are closed 99% of the time apart from the gambinos and lucheese, and when they are bored of watching porn they hop on a minge character.

This topic is brought up and answered weekly at this point - as Monaclu said, there is not a huge amount staff can do without people making tickets, bringing up OOC in IC voicechat, bringing up blatant minging, etc. OOC rumours are punished with mutes and notes essentially every time now, from what I've seen. I don't really see how talking about factions is OOC, either. When we active staff it's easy to catch failnames and that's kind of it - Everything else is just dependent on being in the right place, right time. If you see something and it's a rule break, make a ticket. You also gotta have some appreciation for the fact that every staff member applied for staff at a base level due to their enjoyment of the server - We all have stuff to do on our characters and like to play on our RP chars - We assist in the moderation of the server at our own accord and are already given minimums to uphold - If your tickets are being answered I can't understand why you're annoyed it's 'by the same 2 or 3 staff members'

Point 1. I dont even know who you are, you dont know my RP lol just cos you see me around and do my thing doesn't mean you know shit lol - but you'd be surprised if you did know my RP. Yeah its a known problem - there's already talks and suggestions about implementing flag removals from rumour for those who misuse it. Point 3. That is an inherent "problem" particularly with very serious RP factions. Stand still for 20 minutes, pick up a shipment, wait for cool down and order another shipment and repeat until a deal happens or some random encounter/drama event. It's boring. And they know it too. Nothing they can do about it because "im gonna get in trouble for it if my character has some fun cos i gotta be professional". So what do people do about this? Make alt chars and fuck around on that - there are MANY... and i mean MANY... HC/Dons/MC I can name who made alternative characters/use old retired characters to fuck around with as "minges" cos they cant with their mains or because they're bored af... and this feeds into the problem. Few are stupid enough to make Alts and power game events and situation with their main chars enemy/disliked factions to stir beef. *cough cassano* *cough bonnano*. A lot of people get burnt out and need breaks regularly because this game is just a part time job (full time if you're a HC). You LITERALLY pay tax weekly... in a game.. and the prices aint cheap in many places. And if you dont you get wacked lol. Sure "its easy to make 100k" - but good luck sustaining that in the long term without relying on custom clothes/cars to sell, or underlings to grind for you. (unless you bring something unique to the faction where you can negotiate not paying taxes by taking up other responsibilities like being a lawyer etc). And guess what - it isnt fun after a while (the whole reason we play...) and is a burden/chore... Point 4. Yeah... Metagaming is quite the issue.. i see it too and its not a good thing. Radios exist for a reason people :C but this is more so not for regulars but ACTUAL MINGES who come here to fuck around with NITRP. Point 5. Elaborate more Point 6, Good luck with that. Ironically I expected heat on the cars people drive too, which are mostly not from within the current era.. this isn't a problem lol you just have a different taste. Point 7. Good luck "forcing" anyone to do anything. They paid for it they can do whatever they want. And a lot of places seem dead during the morning/evening but when its night time/late morning they come alive and vice versa when people aren't on to see it, then said people complain afterwards. Point 8. Each factions have different RP standards, now whether its a good one or not... up for debate. It happens Each faction has their niche and Its nice, a place for most people who RP/play the game different and frankly I assure you, if the entire city RPd like commission factions, the server would die out swiftly out of sheer boredom, lacklustre progression and natural conflict/tension and if there is conflict/tension - its gay af. You joined 6 months ago and I dont know your play time during these 6 months, but these issues are not a new thing lol. You haven't seen shit lol.

We have changed those names already even when they are names that have been there for awhile such as jimmy loosehole his name was changed months after his character was created if you see any minge names or overall rule breaking please make sure to make a ticket in game so staff can handle it, also that's a whole other can of worms about dudes with female player models
