Hello, obviously you understand breaking FearRP like that is a clear PK by the rules I dont think there is an argument to be made there. Otherwise this is far out of the NPC range simple put. As shown in the map this is a yellow zone as well which means you are allowed to be placed under FearRP in such location. If you had an issue with the mug it would have been best for you to make a ticket instead of breaking roleplay by talking OOCly and attempting to fight back.

After carefully reviewing your appeal, along with the evidence and context provided, we agree that the orders in question were written as a result of information relating to an account being flagged on Discord, as presented in the DMs. This information was external to the in-character situation and, as such, should not have been used to influence or determine actions taking place within the IC environment. Having reviewed the circumstances, we believe that these orders were made in retaliation to the Discord account being flagged, rather than being based solely on information that was available and established in-character. This means that OOC information was brought into an IC situation and subsequently used to justify actions against the character. As a result, we have determined that the orders were invalid and that the circumstances surrounding them do not meet the standards we expect for fair and proper roleplay. We understand that situations such as this can be frustrating for everyone involved, but it is important that IC consequences remain separate from OOC matters and that decisions are made based on information obtained through legitimate in-character means. Due to the acceptance and nature of the order being reversed, both parties lose knowledge of each other. JJJ cannot use any information nor hold information against the criminal organisiation they used to be part of, and also the criminal organisation cannot hold information against JJJ. Hello, you were automatically PK'd due to you being killed by a member of your faction who was PK active, due to how the system works this immediately PKs you character. While you have no clip of your death by looking at logs it shows that this was more than likely a case of you being RDM'd, so you will be getting unpk'd. I recommend you clip in the future to ensure nothing is left to be ambiguous Though do note had this not been a case of RDM this would not be getting accepted.

For future reference processing on another factions property whilst not owning or renting a room in the location, especially on the doorstep of a room. Is in fact Powergame.
