I've noticed that the statue of Liberty is present in the skybox, very visible, it only stands to reason that we add the Twin Towers to the skybox. This is for the sake of realism, and to add to the immersion of the community. It's important for the environment to reflect real life. Now, if this server lasts another 12 years, we may have problems, but we'll figure that out then.

Honestly, as a staff you fought fellow staff when others disagreed with you. How many chances were you given as staff? What about the fact that this was your 2nd chance? You blew your chance at staff, you blew your 2nd chance, and now you wanna be unperma'd for a 2ND time. -1 stay away from diverge probably for the best anyway.

Hello, Just to reiterate what the admin who PKd you already explained to you, the moment you begin to tie someone up this is considered a mugging, which is what you did. That means per the rules, if you die in this scenario, it qualifies as grounds for your character to permanently killed, which is exactly what happened in your case. Your intentions are irrelevant. If you begin to tie someone you are putting your character in a position to be killed.

Hello, While there is an argument that could be made whether the individuals involved with this mug could be mugging characters or not, something that will be looked into. My main issue with this mug and subsequently the PK lies with the execution of fear RP. At the beginning of the “mug”, when demands are being made at “gun point” the weapon of the mugger is on safety. This means your character is not under legitimate fear rp at this moment as the weapon isn’t being pointed AT you. The weapon is eventually taken off of safety, which is when fear rp would properly be imitated. However less than a second later, ~0.5 second, you take out your own weapon. Presumably in response to the previous “threat” when fear rp was not applied correctly. This does not allow sufficient time for you to realistically respond to the threat and comply demands when placed under PROPER fear RP.

+1 Usually, I'd sit here and say no since it's another Italian faction. However, the Rp on this server can't get any worse than it already is. Hopefully you Rp as actual Italians and don't run around with KFC bucket hats, Slipknot Masks or generally anything else retarded asf. Also, people do need to realise it's "Mafia RP", hence why every Italian faction is so big is because people come to the server to be "Italian Mafia"

As well in the clip if you can see i was trying to show him the ladder and the sewers because i thought he was a new player : ( my character colt isnt a tough guy and i try to teach new people so they can enjoy playing too. The fact that the admin messed up the hit in the first place is an issue within itself. For detective Riggs to then break character and ask for a clip in a clearly OOC conversation while standing on top of the body is a clear violation of using OOC terms after a PK. There should be no discussion that this has been broken and Acqwon Matthews should have his PK reversed immediately.
