Hello Pking admin here, I was shown a clip of you getting put under fear rp and then you decided to run away and try to escape the mugging situation, in turn you not fearing for your life and then you die after getting many warnings with enough time to react off of it. Heres the rules i went off of to pk you. While under fearrp it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor, if you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK. (In some circumstances a PK does not apply, view pk rules for more information.) This means it is NOT a rule violation to break fearrp but if you are killed while breaking it there is a possible IC consequence of being PK'ed. When can you kill someone in a mugging for it to be considered a PK? - You must FIRST, properly initiate a mugging (See Mugging Rule 9.) - They attempt to flee while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. (Does not apply if you disengage fear rp. See fear rp rules) I believe this pk is valid and should stay. Thank you!!

Hey i’m the guy they think you gave the kutte to. Just to explain a couple things when it comes to internal faction PKs an administrator should know. You don’t need “proof” to kill someone for something they suspect you of doing. They have the right to kill you as you joined the faction just like in the real mafia/criminal organization sometimes people make bad calls which leads to an innocent guy dying. Just because you didn’t actually do what the faction suspected you of doing doesn’t invalidate the PK that just happens in organized criminal roleplay. To clarify some points; 1. Just because the reason they killed you was incorrect doesn’t invalidate the PK 2. When you join the faction you run the risk of dying if the faction believes you broke one of their rules true or not as long as they have reasonable suspicion they can kill you Finally, sorry you got accused of giving me your kutte dying sucks but it’s apart of the game. — Mards

Hi! I'm the admin that approved of your PK. The clip I was shown was that you had killed a cop and then they killed you. I was never shown any other clips of them shooting first till now. I just thought that you killed a cop and then obviously they shot and killed you for killing an officer.

Dude, I joined the faction very recently, barely a week ago, and the kutte is still in my ATM. I affirm that I had not given it away - you can check the logs. Furthermore, can you guys provide me a clip/pictures of me giving it away as it is, again, in my ATM? I believe this sort of thing warrants more investigation and confirmation, as even the Don isn't sure and that he just "heard" it, as did MadVillainy. I find it an invalid reason to PK as it did not happen and a thorough investigation into this did not occur.

ok, been talking to dutch and i kinda see what they could'v used, despite already being punished (my left hand) and taxed for it already when i messed up (because i have) if people are clipping stuff from a while back, how long can the clips be held for? you had this problem a while back didnt you? also just been told by clean a clip will be posted when a guy comes back from work, which i can wait, not a problem.
