This game has meant a lot to me over the years from when we used to play it a long time ago. I made a mistake trying to alt. I know it was dumb and after a long break and reflecting on my actions I want to come back. The reason I used an alt was because I was a bit disgruntled and just wanted to play with my friends, which isn't an excuse at all, but that's why I did it. I shouldn't have tried to evade my ban, it was childish decision on my part. There’s no excuse for it and I am deeply sorry. I want to make a fun return after reading up on the rules I feel now I will make a good addition to the server. Sorry for all the trouble. Okay, okay, hear me out. Factions never go to actual war (they usually de-escalate) meaning people just sit there hoarding wealth, right? So adjust the PK rules so that you can sue a member of ANOTHER FACTION without getting instantly capped, although obviously with the same punishments in place if for some reason you sue someone in your own faction / an allied faction. This way, grievances can get settled another way, it provides a back-and-forth transfer of money if people successfully sue one another, and maybe it could LEAD to escalation if someone is pissed that they're losing 200k for crashing into someone on the sidewalk. I think it'd also breathe life into the much under-utilized civil portion of the legal system. Yes I'm a little biased because I am also a judge on one of my chars. Thoughts?

Correction - you streamed it within your characters faction discord, to multiple faction members including a staff member who mains said faction This is pretty serious metagame from my perspective!

I was sharing my screen showing that I was mugging someone (and making sure it was valid by a staff member). Nobody that was in the call was involved in the mugging. I lockpicked my way in, saw him, mugged him. If it's against the rules to simply show I was mugging someone and then getting confirmation that it's a valid mug/pk, then I'll take whatever punishment is deserved.

Hello, guy who wrote the orders here. When you became a prospect you were told about the bar tabs. You were fully aware and even paid one on 12/29/2025. When I had this conversation with you in the church, asking you what was going on, I never told you to wait until the deal. Even if I did, the amount you had for the deal would not have been enough for your 70k that you owe. I wrote the orders on this basis. I could give a fuck less about your cop character because, like Riddy said above, we have multiple guys in our faction with cop characters and their actions on those characters do not effect our relationship/our role play on their SoS characters. When we had the conversation, I offered you loa/retirement and you took neither. I also don’t recall you saying anything about paying after the deal. This just is what it is brother. Have hard feelings if you would like. For us, it’s just the role play.
