I would say this is a decent application, only real things Im concerned about is your play time as I am not able to confirm when you first joined. Afaik being inactive for a long enough time will reset your play time. Also the application makes me feel like your doing an ad for skittles.

There are some other parts of the long answer questions that could be touched on, but for the most part they show you understand, but they are just short and to the point. However the part I quoted, Ill give you the same advice I had given on another application. Say the ticket is made by someone you dont know and the person who RDMd is your friend, youve already taken the ticket, how would you proceed without holding a biased opinion? These types of tickets do happen and knowing how to handle them in a unbiased manner is important.

You have been banned. Whether you did this intentionally or not, these bans were over 3 years ago, so if you didnt remember thats understandable. These questions are to invoke critical thinking on how you would handle the situation. There will be times when you are in RP, and other staff are AFK/handling other tickets. How would you proceed, there is no bias if you are not involved, or someone you may know is not involved. I get where your coming from, so lets rephrase your in RP and an RDM ticket pops up how would you handle the situation. Same question but is a little more clear on what we are actually asking you and trying to get you engaged in. Just some food for thought that could help you elaborate on this. There will be times when you take a ticket from someone you dont know, and the person that RDMd or rule broke, is someone you know or a friend. Ive had a few tickets like that through the years. Its good that you want to be an unbiased staff member, but sometimes your gonna end up in situations where you may have a bias and you'll need to work through that and to make sure your verdict doesnt hold any bias.

I am the person who banned you, I know it is a minute thing but Facepunch aren't very cool with this kind of stuff and I'm sure we don't want people to get into trouble for silly things like this. I'm not against your ban being reduced, just maybe read the facepunch tos and don't make Jews as the targets in your "mein kampf" shooting range.

Not sure how slowly rolling backwards indicates that I was trying to hit him, but okay. I reversed because I had crashed into the barrier trying to get out of the pd, and I had to reverse. the car, having a lot of power rolled far. and I had to take my hands off the keyboard for a few seconds, and that's why I did not stop myself from rolling. I thought he would have given me more verbal warning except for saying "your getting arrested". I may have said that he stated that "You are going to get arrested", But I meant it as he said, "you are getting arrested". Like I said, he didn't tell me to leave or warn me at all, and he just pulled me out of the car. If I had known he was going to do that I would have left a lot sooner.. so I still think this was an unfair PK.

You state in the second part that he gave you no warning and then in your main complaint you wrote that he said, "You are going to get arrested".. In my personal opinion I would have begun to leave at that point in which for the 2ND part of this, you wrote you were trying to leave before he kicked you out while in the video it shows you reversing almost into him when he kicked you out, You could have left instead of doing that.

Howdy thank you for re-submitting your appeal in the correct location. As you may or may not know, starting a violent confrontation with PD and dying will lead to being PKd. In the clip you are attempted to be detained after which you fired upon the probie and ultimately died to the probie. There are no questions of rule breaks in this scenario, you chose to pull a gun on an officer and fire at him and ultimately paid the price. Its not FailRP because the probie kicked you out of the vehicle and attempted to taze you which you responded with violence.

I would like a more in depth explanation. it seems no time was given to the answer and would like a different moderator to respond

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was driving around, and I drove into the PD parking lot and did a couple circles. I was not harming anybody, and a probationary officer came out and said that I was going to get arrested. and as I was trying to leave, he said, "you're getting arrested" and just pulls me out of the car no warning. so, I pull out my gun to shoot him to protect myself from getting arrested to avoid another felony charge, and he ended up killing me. there were no warnings at all in the exchange. I think it's a case of FRP because he instantly jumped to conclusions and tried arresting me without giving any warnings whatsoever. Quote

you're right, I'll add on to them from here; 1. If somebody RDMs and I'm off duty, I don't handle it; I get ON duty and find out the whole situation, a lot of RDM could be an actual hit playing out and I don't want to act on what people don't make a ticket for UNLESS it's just blatant rulebreaking (i.e. mass VDM). For a better step by step, I begin THIS process if the ticket is made; 1. I ask the ticketer what happened and who might be involved 2. I ask the involved persons including the ticketer for a clip of the situation (I do not bother anybody who needs to be brought until I can confirm they are outside of a roleplay situation) 3. If a clip is provided, I review. If not, and there's any kind of dispute or argument between parties in what happened, then I dismiss. If it's only an argument based on what the situation is, this can be solved by actually reviewing the rules for both parties to understand what happened. Teach if possible, but if one party doesn't accept the outcome, I can do nothing about it. Second, If a staff member abuses, since it really is down to the T, I'll report the abuse. Getting any advantage from being staff, icly, is bullshit; I was thinking in the realm of doing fun stuff that staff are usually only able to do, but aren't really harmful there's not a lot that you can do as staff with your powers icly that wouldn't end up being abuse and/or powergame, so I think it's fair we keep a short leash on that type of stuff
