Hey man, Im the one who ordered your PK for Bill Daniels, and I can confidently say, there was 0 intention for RP on your behalf. You left the faction, prompting us to pursue your PK, while we were hunting you down, all you did was talk shit to random people with 0 intrest to "make a name for yourself". I do believe in second chances, and eventually once the ban is over, maybe youll learn to be a good asset to whoever hires you next, but this clearly isnt the case in this situation. The ban is only 7 days, which is not much anyways. Maybe dont use AI for your next appeal. -1

our Character or Steam Name: Tallhurdle13 Your SteamID: brattainman Your Discord ID#: Tallhurdle13 Reason for ban: NITRP Length of ban: 7 days Reason for appeal : I wasn't explained why i was banned or the full rules for clarification I am new Why should you be unbanned? So, let me start off by saying I am completely new to Garry's Mod. I know that's hard to believe, but I've genuinely only ever watched the OG YouTubers play it—I'm more of a competitive gaming guy. Check my Steam library if you think I'm lying. I joined this server after downloading GMod and browsing Reddit, where it was highly recommended. After making my first character, Tommy Tuff Knuckles, and playing for a day with the Jew crime family, I gained a basic understanding of the crime families and how the server is run—at least, I thought I did. I created a new character named Bill Daniels, joined the Luchese crime family, and stuck with them for a while. One day, I shot someone for disrespecting Shaniq, one of my bosses. At the time, I thought this was solid RP (remember, I'm brand new to GMod—I had no clue what RDM, IC, or NITRP even meant). A mod pulled me aside, explained that I needed to follow the escalation ladder (verbal warnings first, then fists/melee, and only guns as a last resort), and let me off with a warning plus a link to the rules. After thoroughly reading the rules, I left the Luchese family—I didn't want to keep bringing unnecessary heat down on them. For my RP, Bill Daniels was a loudmouthed Southerner trying to make a name for himself in the city. After leaving, I walked into a very expensive suit store (I'm so new, I don't even know the exact name, but it was right next to the ghetto). I couldn't afford anything, so I talked a bunch of shit to the guys inside as I walked out. The entire store staff jumped me, and as I tried to run away, they chased me relentlessly. I ducked into the nearby ghetto and opened fire in self-defense. I got killed and respawned later. They surrounded me again, pulled out revolvers, and demanded I strip and drop everything I had. (I didn't know at the time, but those were prop guns that couldn't actually kill.) They humiliated me in the street in broad daylight, made me drop all my gear anyway, and then shot me point-blank. After dying twice, I found a guy selling a Mac-11 and ammo. I waited patiently until Eugene "The Law" walked down a nearby alley, then took him out as he was one of the guys who humiliated me. I got pulled into another mod sit and was accused of rule-breaking, but the mod reviewed it, said I did everything correctly per the rules, and even linked them again for reference. Eventually, I walked back near the suit store, and they PK'd me on sight in broad daylight. I'm not some pathetic loser who cries about that—if you disrespect people, you should expect heat right back. But I decided to roll with it for RP: I made a new character, Daniel Bills, Bill Daniels' vengeful brother out for revenge. That's when Winchester showed up. He was completely invisible and just kept spamming stupid, immersion-breaking shit in chat while hidden. It totally shattered my RP immersion. When I called him out on it, he flipped the script, accused me of being the bad actor, and got me banned for 7 days. As a total newbie trying to learn and have fun, this feels wildly unfair—especially after mods had been patient and educational with me up to that point. Additional Information (images, videos, etc): After spending just three days on the server, it has become evident to me that longstanding members or those who have made financial contributions—such as purchasing a "prop gun" or similar perks—receive preferential treatment and special privileges. As a newcomer, I made every effort to adhere to the role-playing (RP) guidelines and did nothing to violate them. However, upon reviewing several other appeals, I've noticed a recurring pattern of similar complaints, which suggests this issue may be systemic. I am genuinely new to this community and eager to learn the ropes, so if I've misunderstood any rules or expectations, I would appreciate clear guidance on where I went wrong. That said, it seems unfair that members of paid crime families can engage in random acts of aggression, such as shooting at me without provocation, while I am restricted from defending myself in kind. This imbalance disrupts the fairness of the RP experience and favors those with deeper pockets or longer tenure. I apologize for the two-day delay in submitting this appeal; real-life commitments demanded my attention, but I am committed to resolving this constructively. Overall, these experiences point to underlying corruption or favoritism that undermines the server's integrity. I kindly request a fair review of my case and any advice on how to proceed as a new player. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Can confirm, they advertised about serving a delightful bowl of his head soup. However if you take away the soup part, thats all they were offering. 0/10 All Teeth. -

A lot of comments are so biased but honestly trattoria felt fanciest and golden dragon is an amazing property I've never eaten there so no idea but they seem the most likely to get like a Micheline star fancy and good food wise. Restaurants like the meat market, the jew place, blue lobster are fun to be at but are not fancy at all they are just diners. -

NYPD didn’t start using body cams until a court order was issued in 2014 according to NYC.gov. Cool idea, but -1

Blue Lobster was probably top #1 until Casey Driver left because he wasn’t a criminal member of the Luccheses and was dedicated to legal and realistic work as a host/server. @realCaseyDriver was the ONLY realistic restaurant roleplay there was, and now he’s gone to Miami… -
