Hey Pendred, If there’s something else I did that I’m forgetting, then I genuinely apologize for it. It’s been around 5 years, so I honestly don’t remember everything that happened back then, and I’m not trying to leave anything out or avoid responsibility. If you let me know what you’re referring to, I’ll acknowledge it and take responsibility for it. Either way, I’m sorry for whatever I did that caused issues back then, and I’m hoping you can take into account how much time has passed and give me a chance to show that I’ve changed. Before all of this happened, I was a very active and positive member of the community. I enjoyed creating events and RP scenarios for other players to participate in and have fun with. What happened back then was largely out of impulsiveness and immaturity on my part, and I can recognize that now.

Back in 2021, I was banned for admin abuse. At the time, I didn’t handle the situation properly and made decisions that were against the rules. Looking back now, I understand why action was taken against me, and I take responsibility for my behavior rather than trying to make excuses for it. I was a member of Diverge Networks from around the time the community first started, and I have a lot of good memories from being part of it. That’s one of the main reasons I’m making this appeal after all these years. It has been a long time since the ban, and I’ve had plenty of time to grow, mature, and reflect on the mistakes I made back then. Why should you be unbanned? I genuinely apologize for my actions and the problems I may have caused the staff and community. I’m not expecting my past behavior to simply be overlooked, but I’m hoping the amount of time that has passed and the changes I’ve made since then can be taken into consideration. Hello, as the pking admin stated, you were walking on the sidewalk and had a gun pulled on you and were given demands to follow him into an alleyway. This is fearRP. Instead of following him you walked away from the situation despite clearly hearing this demands. This constitutes as you breaking FearRP and can result in your character being PKd. The mug/fear rp initiation its self is fine and no break was done there. Attacker started it in a yellow zone with no witnesses around and attempted to properly lead you into a zone he’s allowed to zip tie in. I strongly recommend you read through the PK rules to get a firm grasp on what situations could result in your character being permanently killed.

He told you to put your hands up and follow you but you decided to run away and ignore the orders. If it does help at all, I had the clip reviewed and double checked by 2 other admins+. Hello, I am the guy who PKed you. The reason for your PK was basically FearRP. We were both in a yellow zone, I pointed my gun at you and gave you orders multiple times. I told you to put your hands up and follow me but instead of listening you ignored me and tried to run away like nothing was happening If someone is pointing a gun at you and giving you orders, you are expected to follow them. If you refuse and try to run away they have the right to kill you. Staff reviewed the clips and the situation and decided and issued your PK Good luck with your appeal
