Afk for 2 weeks lol. You did not leave your PC on for 2 weeks without touching it, you saw you were pk'ed and instead of immediately appealing you waited. The point of the window of appeal is so you can't get pk'ed then attempt to appeal weeks or months later when the evidence may have been removed or deleted. So it's only expected that evidence is kept up to a week (though we ask for it to last longer if needed) Furthermore, to even have your appeal considered or to be shown the evidence for the PK you MUST follow and fill out the appeal format when posting. Which you have failed to do (twice). It is mandatory. You were pk'ed by your faction for "failing to pay dues." This is a don's orders pk. Like others in this thread have said the don of your faction can order your death at any time, as is the risk of being a criminal.

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified. After reviewing the evidence, your explanation, and the responses from both the banning staff member and the involved parties, it is clear that the escalation rules were not followed. Whilst you were verbally threatened with future retaliation and mugging, these were idle threats, not an active threat. At no point were you being actively held at gunpoint or placed into immediate danger that would justify the use of lethal force under our escalation rules. Weapons being held on safety during a sit-down do not constitute an active threat and do not give you permission to initiate a gunfight. The primary issue is that, by your own admission, you waited until the group began leaving before opening fire. This demonstrates that you recognised an opportunity rather than responding to an immediate threat. The roleplay situation was actively de-escalating, not escalating. Furthermore, the individuals you killed were complying with your instructions to leave the property. Evidence provided shows they were attempting to exit the building when they were shot. Although the door was locked and prevented them from leaving immediately, they had already turned their backs towards you and were making a genuine effort to comply with your demands. At this point there was no longer an active confrontation requiring lethal force. Had the group refused to leave after you had properly escalated by presenting a firearm and issuing clear commands, or had they drawn weapons against you or otherwise posed an immediate threat, the situation may have been different. Instead, you bypassed the required escalation process entirely and chose to shoot individuals who were already attempting to disengage from the encounter. For these reasons, the RDM ban will remain in place. Ensure you have read our Server Rules.

why not just shoot the mugger if he talks too much? there has to some opportunity for yelling for help but at the same time like I said, if you order the victim to shut up multiple times and he keeps talking you just PK him. Let the victim risk yelling to try and live or die. and if gag option is added, maybe make it an object that is 5k-10k then. muggings should be risky for both parties

I have nobody has said anything in the ticket BUT the staff member said who set me active said "Hello, I am the admin that set you PK active as a result of your faction's leadership ordering a hit out on you. They said you had been bringing heat to the faction by baiting the police and messing with other factions. They apparently had a talk with you about this, and you failed to correct the behavior. When you get hired into any faction, you are shown this prompt: You understood the risks then, they are no different now. Good luck on your appeal." and thats the only thing said no other staff or anyone else has said anything yet.
