As much as new and unique factions benefit the server, we can all agree that a big chunk of them end up dying within three months or become puppets to another faction. Currently there is a big inflation of factions even with Rudaj and Kinahan's being dissolved, there's more factions that barely reach 5 players a day which in my opinion is not enough for self sustain. This is not suggesting removing any current faction in the server, it is a suggestion to hold any faction applications so that there isn't a huge influx of small 1 player factions infesting the server.

If so, why?: I was banned once before on Diverge for failmug. It happened late at night when I got on without really planning on doing much, and for some reason I got the idea to tie someone up without any real reason behind it. Looking back, I honestly don't know what I was thinking, and I understand that it was a poor decision. Since then, I've gone back over the rules related to the situation and had long talks with the people involved as well as others who knew what happened. I understand how this might make me seem unreliable when it comes to maintaining good quality roleplay, but I genuinely feel that I've grown as a player since then. I've made an effort to learn from what happened and change how I approach roleplay. I know I can't take back what I did, but I hope the way I've acted since then shows that I've learned from my mistake and that I'm serious about helping maintain the kind of roleplay that makes Diverge enjoyable. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would say I get along pretty well with most people in the community and have built some good relationships with people over time. As far as I know, I haven't had any major issues or arguments with anyone, and I try to keep things respectful even when I don't agree with someone. Overall, I'd say I have a pretty decent reputation and I hope most people see me as someone who's easy to get along with and genuinely enjoys being part of the community. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I really enjoy creating roleplay scenarios for others, especially since I've had people do the same for me. It's nice being able to give people something fun to get involved in and make their time on the server more enjoyable. I also like that it lets me be creative and come up with things that people might not experience otherwise. It's honestly one of my favorite parts of roleplay and a big reason why I enjoy being part of this community. Have any staff members recommended you? Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I'd save the clip as evidence and bring the situation to staff through a ticket. If nobody is available to respond, I'd make a forum report instead. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence and make a staff report with an administrator higher within the ranks. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I'd handle it the same way I would any other ticket and make sure I stay fair regardless of who is involved.
