I don't believe should be Perma banned honestly and I have never seen someone get banned because they have multiple notes how should notes effect the situation. And just because people sometimes want to do something fun in the server instead of grinding because he's done a lot of that he owns multiple whitelist he's high command in a faction how can he be seen as a minge and also most of his bans are from when he just started playing his last ban was in march 5 months ago he may have had notes since then but notes aren't bans I just hope this can have some positive effect on the situation thanks for your time.

You were set active due to having orders on you from your faction's high command, I then deemed the orders were valid and worthy enough for a perma kill on your character. Your Character or Steam Name: jaboinkle Your SteamID (Click to retrieve): https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198858480296/ Your Discord ID#: dorugo Reason for ban: global rules Length of ban: Permanent Reason for appeal (apology): i’m gonna try to be as transparent and as honest as possible basically, i was a don (a shit one) for kinahan who was burning out from the position and was getting bored. at the same time, the 2 people below me were feeling the same, but one was working on another mafia rp server alongside some other permed ppl and he gave me a proposition to jump ship and promised some things. not thinking for a second and trying to find an excuse to just not be a don, my gullible ass accepted and was told to recruit ppl. i tried doing this secretly behind ppls backs looking back, i was rlly stupid to totally jump ship with all the effort i put into the server. i betrayed a lot of friendships and burned a bunch of bridges that didn’t need to be burned for literally no reason whatsoever. to canadian and pendred, im sorry for breaking your trust and doing something so idiotic without thinking. i never rlly even played the new server when it eventually launched i mainly just got on for beta testing and stuff Why should you be unbanned? i feel like i am able to provide good rp for the community and have contributed a heavy amount to the server, and i hope my dumbass mistake hasn’t ruined it. i also have a relatively clean track record with only 2 minor bans. i really enjoyed playing on the server and enjoy being around the community. even if i come back as a lolcow, i will still enjoy it. if any clarification is needed i will try my best to respond to it. Hey there I was the PKing staff. You were set offline pk active a few days ago. The reasons given were not fulfilling an internal faction agreement, lying to the faction and not paying faction dues. The evidence given for suspected cheats I'm not going to get into and is not directly part of your character appeal. Cheating is wrong and will get you banned, If you have evidence, please file a player report and it will be looked into. This is not the proper forum to explore such a sensitive issue and it will not be commented on in a character appeal.

+1 I know that I’m permaed myself and haven’t had the best interactions with him recently, but the perma ban seems a little egregious. The dude is a good guy and most of my rp experiences on Diverge come from him and a couple other people. He’s a good and legit rper. He embodies the biker/gunslinger archetype The majority of his bans come from when he was a new player. He’s changed his ways immensely. I feel it’s unfair to add on previous bans. I believe what would be best is to give him one more chance and make this a couple week ban. A perma is too much imo considering what other people have done and got a slap on the wrist free my boy axel trigger will be free
