+1 The fact I met this man in the army whilst looking at the Lucchese discord says enough on how eager this man is to get back into Diverge. Him being a Principato and having to listen to Hakai isn't his fault because the man is used to taking orders and executing them to perfection as far as i've seen as a sergeant. Having hated him so long and then actually meeting him, I can attest the man has changed a lot and the fact I'll die with this dude in the same APC means that I trust him and the story of his ban reason. I was away on vacation and out of the loop for Diverge. In the past I had given Hakai (the man who used my acc as an alt) my steam account to play some games and I had forgotten about it. Hakai got banned right before the start of the war and when the war was going on he hopped on my account and attempted to join the server without me knowing anything about it. In conclusion I am sorry for being a retard for sharing my account with Hakai, I did not know he was gonna do anything bad with my account or even try to use my actual account as an alt. Why should you be unbanned?: It has been almost 3 years since the ban, 3 years basically without GMod or any roleplay games. I would like to say I have matured over the time, I also joined the army of my country where I met SJ who told me about how much has changed and it made me want to be a part of the whole scene again (Yes, SJ is literally a squad leader in the same platoon as me, I am the gunner on an APC). I always loved Diverge when I played and I should have made this appeal earlier, I again apologize for my lack of intelligence. Prior to my ban I believe I was a model player with basically no warns/kicks/timeouts. When you sell most drugs to the evidence NPC as a cop you get 1k, except a jar of Q is just $50. Increase it, unjew the npc

Hello, PKing admin here! To clarify, you were PKed for LTARP during a raid. Based on the evidence provided, the TM can be seen entering his room at the Imperial. As soon as he enters, you can briefly be seen in the room before immediately switching characters. I had already considered the possibility that you may have logged out during a planned deal, so I asked the TM whether any deal was taking place that day. He confirmed that there was not. In your appeal, you also admit that after taking product from the processor, you switched characters. Regardless of your intent, once you become involved in an active roleplay situation and then switch characters to avoid that interaction, that falls under LTARP. I also found it incredibly hard to believe that you accidently pressed "Collect" on the processor, clicked E on the shipment and clicked "Take" 10 times on Cocaine. Additionally, after switching characters, you continued switching back and forth, eventually leaving the room, selling the H to a vendor, and purchasing additional products from other vendors, which further supports that this was not simply an accidental pickup followed by switching characters. Hello, your favorite Turk here (English IS my primary language). Yesterday, I logged onto my favorite Garry's Mod server, Diverge Networks. As I was busy admiring the fabolous graphics of the loading screen, my newly acquired girlfriend texted me asking if I was alive and why I hadn’t responded for the past 3 hours. I told her I had been playing Clash Royale (I HATE incremental games). After replying, I looked back at my screen, only to be greeted by absolute horror. Where the fuck is my 1-of-5 East End Elegance suit on my Wright? And more importantly... where the fuck is my Sanzensekai suit on my Taka?! I genuinely thought I was about to have a cardiac event. I strongly suggest our beloved developer makes equipped outfits actually show up on the character selection screen—because I shouldn’t have to experience emotional trauma every time I log in wondering if my drip got wiped.

Unfortunately that’s just how the game works in another world if you killed that person for resisting they would’ve been under the same premise of being PKed would it still have been a joke then? Joke or not it’s a serious thing that can cost people hundreds of hours of work and to declare it “as a joke” can only go so far What would stop someone from maliciously trying to mug/pk someone then go “oh it was a joke lol” a clip of the interaction would 10000% provide more context but overall by the sounds of it seems like a rough case good luck

Honestly, you haven't proven yourself. Every time you were punished for certain things, you would mention that you would improve, but you would do the complete opposite. Every time we've forgiven you, you've given us the middle finger. It's nothing related to that certain people in the team are biased or have a grudge against you. You keep stubbing the same toe to the same fucking rock everytime. If you think you deserve to return I think the best right now is to throw money at it so you actually have something to prove to us. Since to me, your word means absolutely nothing

Was asked to drop an in-depth review on this one. +1 with consideration Pro - Good play time - Enjoyed the layout of the backstory and enjoyed reading the backstory. - Well written and easy to understand. - I like the diversity Con - I found your actual forum post a bit hard to read because it's a solid wall of text, I think if you either broke it down or moved it into a G doc it would be easier to read. - You repeat yourself a bit too much talking about the organization of the faction rather than giving us actual unique RP ideas. - This is a soft con, your whole faction idea revolves around doing PKs as contracts - everybody in a faction wants to do PKs, it's one of the most fun things to do... You need to explain why a faction would go through you guys rather than give it to one of their guys for RP enrichment. Saying 'we're professional killers' isn't enough for me. Advice - I think for fun RP you should do what I call 'demi-kills' essentially giving your lower guys a kill contract and have one of your other guys swap to an alt so they can kill them *safely* with some good RP ops. Will definitely help if there are no actual 'contracts' to keep people entertained. - I think all in all, for me personally I'd need to understand what do you intend to do if nobody wants to hire you for PKs.
