Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I attempted to save a friend from being arrested, I pointed my gun at him but had no bullets so my gun clicked twice. In this scenario, I think in my view the cop should’ve made an attempt to arrest me but instead, decided to shoot me. I knew the consequences of the action but since the cop heard the click of my weapon could have prompted him to roleplay an arrest or disarmament rather than use lethal force. Hello, This situation is pretty clear cut. You were actively running around begging people for money so you could pay your kickups, which you said the word "kickups" out loud multiple times. Something that is clearly against the rules of this faction and probably every faction on the server. Joining a faction means you agree to abide by their rules, and if they believe you havent they can order their death if they'd like to. Additionally, this character had the EXACT same name of a previous character of yours that was also PKd. Keep in mind its against the rules to re-use the names of previous PKd characters of yours.

Mind you this was all around 5-6 am. Just because the server is in it's low population time, doesn't mean you can walk around and kill people. Your ban was then updated because 2 more people made a ticket, who's clip's I don't have due to them being deleted from medal. But, then it was updated to a permanent ban by the console. we're all in agreeance the mansion is useless. if we can the mansion it would be neat to see a row of the old southside style townhomes on the right side of whats now the mansion driveway, some green space on the inside/church side of the turn, the road should link back up with the car dealer tunnel again and make a 4way underground and on the sharp side of the intersection where mansion currently is we can put more greenspace around a self storage area we could also have a lil construction zone woven somewhere in there too, or perhaps another gas station/corner store on the inside corner something kinda like this crude doodle

Oh for sure Gambinos had the best experience I've had on the server by far - shame their kick ups are extortionate ;-;
