Hello Admin, who oversaw your pk you were pk'd for harming relations with friends, bringing heat to the family, and helping supply and shelter a snitch. during your own pk in 99% of them you will not be told as it runs the risk of you fighting back it is not a requirement to tell you that you're going to die, when you state no one knew where you worked but it is very easy to tell where someone works by their car, outfit, and pins not including just following you to where you worked.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I thought I was supposed to know about my pk before it happened. I didn't bring heat to the family cause no one knew who I worked for. Lastly, I didn't shelter a snitch I put an advert out offering him help to lure him so I could kill him for the bounty that was on his head, Henry Jefferson is my witness on that. The top guy Anton doesn't even know what happened or why it happened. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: i dont record my whole day of gameplay and medal only covers 5 minutes so I couldn't have gotten all of it even if I wanted to but I do got Anton telling me that he dont know what or why ts happened.
  6. it's not feasible with how shipments are set up and just requires micro management, does not fully eliminate the human error issue from the problem and is far more limiting in RP, where as if you are in an org long enough it's possible to make independent connections and take that risk to violate the fac rules After just 20 hours of playtime on a single character you would have access to 95% of the racket, which if it's your main faction isn't that much time at all.

  10. Make it to where the top three of a faction can whitelist someone to use their racket before meeting the hourly requirements. Some folks aint unemployed. it allows for the Bosses top choose who can use the racket, which in itself also prevents racket abuse.

  16. Alright so Gun selling flags? no But what we can do is put certain charplaytime requirements for certain shipments. While it won't be faction specific it can be item / weapon class specific. Would also encourage better RP to facilitate roleplay instead of making a new character and being instantly hired with access to everything. Drugs -> 1 hour Pistols -> 2 hours Shotguns -> 5 hours SMGs -> 10 hours Rifles -> 15 hours Class 4s in general -> 100 hours Some shit like that basically. Actually guarantees that the character is being played and roleplay is being had. Real risk to breaking those faction rules afterwards.

What do you do?:id watch them closely if it keep happening id get proof of it and report it A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:if i was staff and my friend or someone i know had a ticket made against them id take the ticket serious even if i know them cause when ur in staff itll be ooc so ur no longr in a ic situation so therefore at the time there not ur friend there another member of the server that had a ticket made on them that u gotta take the ticket like u would any other ticket I know that a staff member is held to a high standard for all members of the community, I need to be a role model for people round me with and outwith roleplay and I am certain I can provide that and be the person they look up to and see as a model for behavior and following rules and guidelines. - If a Mod can't uphold this then they are not a good fit for any team, so I wish to be able to follow those categories and be the right person for the staff team. I feel as though some people may dismiss this application due to my low playtime, however I am just over the time needed in the Staff Guidelines and thought why not start early, it gives me the time and space to learn at my pace and work towards getting better and better as I go along.
