For example, if it’s 5:30 am on on the east coast, it’s 2:30 am on the west coast, 10:30 am in the UK, and 11:30 pm tuesday here in Hawaii. So when i say im on when no ones on I am not lying my time zone is almost in the middle of the world I am on when the U.S and Canada goes to sleep and when Asia and Europe wakes up.

Hello, while it is true the officer had attacked you first and It is additionally true that if an officer attacks you first you are not subject to PK if you fight back. The issue lies with how long you waited to retaliate, and how you shown no regard for your characters life. The aforementioned rule is more in the context of fighting back before the situation is over. In this instance the situation was over more or less, you got away from the cops. Instead of hiding you decided to just decided to walk up and shoot them after you had already successfully eluded them. This act also shows you were just looking for a reason to kill the cops freely, and showing no regard for your characters life. Any real criminal would not just go kill cops right after successfully evading arrest.

I was at the mugging of Dio on the side of the Luccheses, the way we found out that Dio was being mugged and kidnapped was that Dio used his radio on our faction freq with voice chat. We heard Dio talking with the muggers and a mention of the room he was being held in, I got alerted to the incident via radio, I heard Dio talking myself. Only after the whole thing I heard that Kriter was doing a drug deal with Dio. Pretty sure no one actually even benefited from Kriter being in the vc IF he even mentioned the mugging over discord.

i was selling h for him when it happened and bringing it up to room C, and i saw a bunch of guys with masks in the lav and quickly went to room C. Then I heard restraint being used regardless what happened in vc i didnt metagame it and i was on my sos char when that happened you can ask dio himself

Hello Kriter, You were banned for metagame involving a situation with someone within your faction yesterday. After investigating and being presented with evidence we found that metagame had taken place after you and the other party were seen within a VC with each other unmuted while the situation was taking place. The resulting knowledge lead to a further situation, which would of not have happened, if the information presented to us was not metagamed. When Yugi tped to me It was broken as I messed it up and was trying to fix the angle, so it was on much more of a ramp angle. He PM'd me and told me to remove it and so I did. Then as I was mad I said "cry about it" in PM's and he decided now blacklist me. I think it should be returned as I was actually trying to RP, I was making a roadwork save and was going to add bollards and speed bumps (I would have went into the build server, but the build server makes it so I can spawn things in that aren't in the main server and a notification pops up saying "You cant spawn this in the main server" which is very annoying so I build in the main server where I can just spawn it in or not spawn it in.) It wasn't a massive ramp or anything like that, It was a tiny ramp at the time which I was adding a platform to the other side for a angle down to lean on. Yes I have priors for PET Flag abuse, but its not like I was annoying anybody or ruining immersion or harming anybody's RP, I was just building a speed bump.
