I had never got to meet or speak with the staff who banned me. I have no memory or instance of what exactly happened. I got banned for something I never got to get in a sit with despite being online for a quite a long time on the server. In this game my intention is the opposite of doing RDM and FailRP etc.. literally. I am a bit new, about one month. If I did do RDM and LTAP, then please let's talk instead, as I am new to GMODRP in general, and this is the only RP server I play. Every day I'm learning a new rule literally. It is an apology, but also clarifying that I quite literally don't intend on breaking the rules of the server, I'm still learning them slowly and how they apply in game. I love the server too much to intentionally ruin the experience, I am just still very new in my opinion. This is my first ban in over a month of playing very often. Update: I just Google searched what LTAP is and I literally also would never do that. 100%. How can I avoid punishment if I never ever knew one was coming? If I did have a clip or video I would be more than happy to share it. I remember the incident now, was it RDM? Yes, in my opinion in retrospect. At the time I didn't think it was. LTAP? 100% No. I would never do that.

The officer must make a reasonable attempt to arrest you. In the context of watching the brown car, I think it's more than possible to miss the officer. Further, you were at a pitted position at the time of the officer shooting. Without any other instructions given, this PK lacks the officers POV and may lack crucial context. With the officer also stating he just shot, because of minge behavior from a third party. I find a reasonable attempt at arrest was not made in this case. Also, I know you touched on this. But give Adam a break, he's doing his best so that we all can have a solid platform to play on, there's no bias here and he doesn't deserve any grief over this or for you to paint him in a negative light. Hey there. You have 3 PO's for RDM, 1 for mass VDM and than for VDM/Fail Mug. You have all these bans in the last year. The clip shows you showing a blatant disregard for the person your VDM and the person you ran over for no reason. The mugging is a fail mug and you participated, with your record you are lucky to have no gotten further punishment. On these basis I will be denying this appeal. 4 Days is more than fair.
