health inspector John Smith here every health inspection goes different in correlation to who im inspecting and what the business is focused around AND how people respond/create unique situations and responses health inspector role is to provide RP (i know crazy concept), as said above were not food critics were examinators jon taffer RP would go crazy though

You realize they're health inspectors not food critics or restaurant rehabs. They aren't there to correct issues, just observe and report.

He has a history, but I don't think that should hold him back from proving he can put aside his past and be a better person and a good member of staff. After all, there have been worse staff members in the past (JMZ, Shittor, and String). +1
