  2. I appreciate your support, you're the goat too! Yeah, honestly the playtime is a little rough. I would wait until I have more recent playtime, but I wanted to get an application in early since I know how long it could take for a response to come. Plus, with tickets taking so long for most staff members to respond to recently, I feel like it's a really good time to throw my hat in the ring and try to contribute a bit more to the cause. Besides that, I used to have a lot more playtime before I stopped playing most video games for a couple years for work, and when I came back the playtime had been reset. But if you check my forums profile, you can see my badges showing how long I've been in the community (at least on the forums), so I promise I'm not trying to be dishonest about anything!

  6. +1 I’ve interacted with Logic a lot and can confidently say he’s still a young soul. That said, when it comes down to brass tacks, he consistently approaches situations impartially, shares knowledge, and enforces the rules fairly. Having played nearly every role on the server, he has both the experience and the availability to get the job done effectively.

  9. +1 A strong staff candidate needs to handle responsibility impartially, stay active and available, and actually understand the server. Ender has been here since 2025 with a clean record and a solid grasp of the rules. We especially need coverage during off-peak / awkward hours. An international player like Ender helps fill gaps that most of us can’t, which benefits the whole community. Age isn’t a real concern. We already have younger staff, and I was admining at 15-16 on one of the few original servers that inspired Diverge. Ender isn’t immature he’s a DOJ main who already makes jail decisions daily, respects due process, and shows creativity. He’s also played every character type on the server. We’ve accepted worse candidates. Giving anything less than neutral or +1 (unless you have serious objections) does the community a disservice. He deserves a fair shot.

I have noticed how long some of my in-game tickets take, and I feel that it is appropriate that I contribute to making that time as short as possible. I have been around for a while and have a lot of experience with being staff on a multitude of servers on Garry's Mod, and it is just something that I enjoy doing. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have much more experience than most other people would (or should) realistically have. I believe that I have a greater-than-average understanding of how to effectively communicate with other people in a calm manner. From my experience, problem-solving is not a skill that many people have refined, and I think that I could be very useful to the community in that sense. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): There are a lot of servers I was staff on, I'm going to be honest. But I will list the most notable ones here: Typhon, from Moderator->Super Administrator (took 2 months), was a Super Administrator for the last 6 months until the server shut down. | Diverge, was a Senior Administrator on launch and was removed by Pendred (still not 100% sure why but whatever man no hard feelings) | Pyro Networks, Super Administrator for the server's lifetime (a year and a half, 2018-2020) Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I hope not. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say that I am more well-known in my main character's faction and amongst some staff members than anywhere else. The community probably doesn't know me very well, but there are a few prominent figures who I've had a lot of interactions with. I would hope that my reputation is a positive one from all fronts, and I like to believe that people view me as a mature, but humorous person. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Oh fuck. Here we go; So, a couple years ago, I played Diverge for a solid month almost every day. I would sing at the Trat & the owners' respective gatherings/events. Now, there was this one performance I had where I had informed one of the upper management that I was been talking with a girl from "out of town." I was singing a song, and during the song I had received a "missed call" (snapchat notification) on my (OBVIOUSLY IN-GAME) phone. After the song, I felt obligated to inform the managers that I had received totally SFW content after returning the call-hence my new nickname, "Nudes". Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: I hope they all recommend me after reading this application. ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: So, this situation can go multiple different ways. First off, if I am in an RP situation which I can't get out of, I will attempt to contact other staff members to take care of it. If this situation includes myself, I would be biased in the scenario, so I will also call another staff member and provide details/evidence if I have any. Finally, if I am not busy and not involved in the situation, I will go on-duty and assist in taking tickets/resolving the situation. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If this fellow staff member is one that I fear retaliation from, I would take my evidence (which I WILL collect prior to saying anything) to a higher staff member. If this fellow staff member is one that I know will not react uncontrollably, I will simply speak to them myself. There is no reason to cause unnecessary drama when this situation could be handled at the lowest level possible. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would inform my fellow staff members that I know the guy and that I don't realistically see him doing anything, but I would let someone else take the ticket instead and allow them to make their own decision regarding the situation. This constitutes a heavy bias from me, so in any situation, I feel as though it is extremely inappropriate for me to get directly involved in the decision-making process. However, if I am aware that this person has no prior offences, and I know that it's not a regular occurrence, I feel as though it is fair for me to share that input with the staff member making the decision. Prior offences and general attitude whilst on the server are a huge indicator for player intention and should play a role in any penal decision made against them. ---------------------------------------------------------

Each time I kill a player, I feel euphoric with an overwhelming sense of joy, very similar to a hypomanic state, realizing that I am one step further in my conquest to remove sucka shit from the city. Depending on how it is handled, I will address the problem accordingly. Let's say they get away with it unscathed, I will then take matters into my own hands. I enjoy RP servers and have been in many in my 4-5 years of experience with them and Diverge is one of the ones I'm willing to invest more time into than others. I also believe I can contribute to the server/community in many other ways by joining the staff team than just taking care of tickets. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have unique time availability as I play on both EU and American times, sometimes one or the other but usually I'm available and playing on both. I have, I'd say, more than decent experience with all types of factions and activities on the server, the SAM admin commands and roleplay in general, so I wouldn't need to be trained much for this position. I also possess a skillset of video editing, graphic design and other skills that may be useful in my possible staff career and contributing to the server. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Most of my staffing experience comes from either polish roleplay servers or my own roleplay servers: 1. I've been all the way up to Event Manager and Super Admin in the "PixelMod Networks" Garry's Mod polish Star Wars RP community for a considerably long time before I retired from there. Different language but I have experience related to events and staffing there, most notably the SAM admin system. 2. I was the server owner of a niche Squid Game Roleplay server that hosted weekly games, it was more of a meme-y server but had some attention. This was around last year and lasted a couple of months. (I have footage of this) Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, when I was still relatively new last year I used to have some less than innocent fun with some of my friends like getting arrested or I named my character after someone else and got banned for that some time ago, but I can't recall any punishments upon me in the last 8+ months or so. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I think I became more known due to my employement in the UCS as a Judge and my status as a Made LT in Supreme Team on another char. I don't know if I'm hated or loved, I'd say it's split as I've had really good experiences with some and worse with others, so I'd say I'm not well known enough to say if I'm loved or hated by the community. I do think I'm respected and recognized in the community, more-so on my Judge and Supreme Team characters as those two are the ones I play the most socially on. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Probably either the day I got made in Supreme Team or when I was sent as an undercover cop to a criminal faciton, those were the coolest moments of my time on this server. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Psykho - Administrator ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I'm in the middle of RP, I'd use the admin chat to inform an on-duty admin to take care of it. If there is no other admin available or they're busy, I'd clip it and try to get on-duty asap to check logs and investigate further, like asking the people involved in that shoot-out. Considering I can't exactly see the name of the person doing it when I'm off-duty, I'd likely spectate them and have my clipping software ready for if they keep doing it so I can have concrete proof. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I'd likely try to ask the person about it and understand if what they're doing is abuse or if they have a reason to using their staff powers in that way. If it is abuse and they're equal in rank to me, I'd probably try to talk to them about it and tell them that we can't do that. If they're higher I'd be more inclined to take it up to a higher rank to clear this up. I don't want to right away pull the alarm on someone, but if I see that someone abuses, beyond just small incidents, I'd ask a higher staff member to check this out and talk to them. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Since I know them, I'd probably avoid taking the ticket for myself and say so in the admin chat. If there is no other staff on or available, I'd probably spectate and see if my friend / faction member is actually doing so, taking the ticket and investigating by getting a clip and statements, trying to stay impartial for the sake of fairly applying rules. If I feel like I'm biased, I'd, of course, just hand this over to another admin either way. I think I'd only be fairly biased if the person were a higher up of mine in a faction I'm in or a very good friend, not just anyone who's in my faction or if I know them positively on the server.
