Hello banning staff. You went across the rooftop ontop of the gambino apartments and fired and killed someone and injured two others. After I took the sit, I spectated you and saw you ontop of city hall, attempting to shoot a random person across the street. At this point I pulled you away for visible rule break. When I brought you into the sit, you immediately started to lie about what occurred and gave an antagonistic attitude towards me and the situation. Saying essentially, that you did nothing and outright lied about it. When I gave a clip and said I personally witnessed you atop of cityhall. You said you didn't care and tried to bait the other people in the sit. At this point you started an argument, where they drew a gun, then put it away. I didn't see that they fired. I attempted to deescalate things, albeit inappropriate behavior from them. Around 30 seconds after you said something like, 'fuck this' and pointed your gun and shot me and the other people in the sit room. At which point I phys gunned you and banned you. Just put it up to a vote. If the majority votes it stays, then it stays. If they vote against, then we can all come up with an idea for something else. 5 people in a forum doesnt mean there arent more. Im sure many that play pay no attention to the forum. The mansion is near useless. Theres been like maybe four events in it this year to my knowledge. Having more property options for factions or something that creates better RP seems more constructive

Secondly i had no intent to kill anyone at all i was shooting at my friend as a joke which he had no problem with and then all of a sudden the 3 people i killed plus more started firing shots at me.

Hello, I think I should be unbanned because I had just started the server and didn't know the rules. From the first 2 hours a corrupt cop kept me in cell for no reason (4Lights) dealt with this case and he knows it has been a struggle for me from start. I was getting killed for no reason walking into gun stores and was constantly @ rdm but the admins didn't do anything. So I thought I could go buy a kitchen knife and stab *in game* someone to death because I was influenced. I was also getting paid too so I thought it was within the rules. I know you guys don't care that I am new but I really just want to come back before I quit gmod, I legit started gmod the second I joined the server and was just trying to have fun with my IRL friend. Hello, Clearly this instance is a case of RDM, you even stated it yourself in the moment. So I won’t be delving too deep into that. Your main issue with this ban is the ban length so that’s what I will mostly be commenting on. Ban times are more or less up to the discretion of the banning staff member (so long as it’s not egregious). Staff look at the given the facts of the situation and previous situations to determine how to/how long to punish for. In this situation your disregard of the rules is more than evident. As a faction leader and former staff member you should be more considerate of the rules. So, it’s been determined that the ban length is justified.

a lot of the head models don't have glasses or hat bones, this is a custom bone position for hats and glasses to merge into, therefore we need to tie it to the head bone. problem with head bone is that not every head has the same shape or size, not even remotely the same height from headbone to top of the head sadly. ONTOP of that, not all hats or glasses use the hat bone or glasses bone. it would be a lot of work to convert these hats and glasses to use different bones. also, generally a lot of hats and glasses are made to fit male 09, since its the most popular male head model.

These are already factions, exactly why I am saying to be original. Not excusing others for being unoriginal, but they are already factions. This is someone wanting to be one. Can't point the finger and say "But look at them!" they aren't up for discussion. They are solidified. Its just my personal opinion to see new original ideas, not particularly factual. Nor was I dogging on the application itself, just wanted Gecko to give more context.
