After spending a lot of time on Diverge Networks, I realized how much I genuinely enjoy helping improve the roleplay experience for others. I have staffed here before and I miss contributing to the server. I know how to handle situations calmly and without personal bias. I want to help new players, maintain immersion, and make sure everyone has a fun and fair experience. I want to give back to the community I have invested so much time into. Why should you be considered over other candidates? I am older and have more experience than most players in the community. I stay calm under pressure and handle every situation fairly. I do not get emotional or take things personally. I focus on solving problems, gathering facts, and keeping roleplay going. I want to improve the server, not just hold a staff title. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position, and how long.) Yes. I was previously staff on Diverge Networks. Before that, I was an admin on Superior Servers StarwarsRP for over two years. I handled ban requests, moderated daily activity, ran events, and assisted with community management. I have been involved in Garrys Mod communities since 2009. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why? No. Would you say that you are well known in our community? What is your reputation? What do other members think of you? Yes, many people in the community know me. I held high command in multiple factions and I believe players would say I handled situations respectfully and calmly. I do not bring emotions into decisions. I keep the focus on fun roleplay and fairness. My reputation is that I am mature, helpful, and relaxed. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far? My favorite moment was the July Fourth musket battle event. It brought players together, created a lot of laughs, and boosted community engagement. I enjoy events that unite the playerbase and increase interactions. These types of moments make the server memorable and help keep the community active. I would enjoy helping plan community events like that again. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N A Problem Solving Someone RDMs and you are currently off duty. How do you handle this? I would contact an on duty staff member and explain what I witnessed. If no one is available, I would switch to my staff character and handle it. I would gather both sides of the story and review any proof. If the situation requires a higher ranking staff member, I would document everything and report it through the correct channels. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank abusing fairly often, but not doing anything extremely noticeable. What do you do? I would gather evidence, such as video clips or screenshots, and then privately report it to a higher ranking staff member. I would not accuse them without proof. I would remain professional and follow procedure. A member of your faction or a friend of yours has a ticket made against them, accusing them of RDMing and minging. You know this person rarely does this. How do you proceed and does it create a possible bias? I treat the ticket like any other. I request evidence from both sides and compare it to the server rules. Friendships do not change how I handle staff duties. If I feel bias might exist, I request another staff member to handle the ticket. Fairness always comes first.

You supply the document as you normally would, if you select the signable option it allows for the document to be signed. Maybe people like the way it is, but I think having ic objects for contracts would be pretty neat. I think the idea that 2 people can make a contract and if the contract is exploited the information is all there. For staff sits for things like PKs it would show ids who signed it and made it. For the rp reason it would just show their signature. Beyond that its just another toss of an idea.

After looking at logs, it looks like you were damaging the cop with your car first which caused him to shoot you to which ran him over to slam and kill him. Now even if he shot you first you cannot abuse the ragdoll physics in any way (Such as slamming someone on the ground or on a car to kill them). This happening right after you got out of a sit for a similar reason and based on your recent history I think 24 hours is a fair ban. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. The trading system on an old crime game I played on GRAAL called “Era” as a kid had a system like this. Gun bag sized window for trade- money can also be added to your side of the trade. Both users have to click accept to finalize. This could be balanced with no illegal items being allowed for trade so that police don’t miss out on investigative work. But, honestly, we could do without this system. Soft +1
