There needs to be some sort of kick up for it taking so long, people waiting this long for it seems a bit dumb. Surely it isn't hard to look at a name and say thats not retarded or offensive pass through. People waiting weeks for it when it takes what 5 minutes to check? Seems like a bit of a pisstake.

The fact that he tried to ban evade is even worse how long was the original ban going to last and did he have any Pos before. I think that he is still a bit new to the server seeing as I've hired him at the Lucky lady and we have this thing where we check his time. Maybe if you guys gave him another chance to rethink his actions maybe just maybe he wouldn't do it again.

I understand why it looked like character abuse and LTAP, and I can see now that switching back and forth gave the wrong impression. That wasn’t my intention — I wasn’t trying to avoid punishment, I was just confused and curious about what was happening after I escaped. I should’ve handled it differently, and I’m sorry for how it affected the situation and other players’ RP. I really enjoy Diverge and don’t want to lose access over this mistake. If possible, I’d appreciate a second chance, even if it means a PK, a temp ban, or another punishment instead of a permanent one.

I'm not sure how you don't see your ban as justified so I will break it down- - You stole 8 barrels of oil from another player which is about $25,200 in profit. right after stealing the oil you switched chars. You are not giving the affected player the chance to react accordingly. That is char abuse and failure to RP. - You where pulled into a sit and the affected player decided he wanted to continue the RP and have his chance to PK your char for stealing from him. Yummeko stepped in for the PK and we watched over the interaction. During that time you took damage. Called 911 and then switched chars once again after already being told this is a bannable offense. - You switched Chars a few times and even on the other hovered around the interaction after calling the cops on the original char. - This all leads to my ban of Not Intending to roleplay given the multiple char switching, Char abuse since switching is how you avoided getting PKed, and Leaving to avoid role play when you knowingly where put back for an interaction that you purposefully avoided by switching chars.

The player made a dispute and called the admins, who decided he was allowed to PK me. We were both returned to the Rockefeller garage (Where I stole the barrels), and somehow — by pure luck — I managed to escape with only about 2 HP left after he hit me 2–3 times with his gun while I was running away. After surviving and getting away, I later switched to my second character and went back to the garage to see what was going on. There were cops on the scene, and I was curious about what happened after my escape. The other player, frustrated that I got away, called the admins again and accused me of cheating. My question is: how could this be considered “char abuse” or “LTAP,” when there is a system that prevents you from switching characters for several minutes after taking damage? Why should you be unbanned? I really enjoy the server and the community, and I don’t want this situation to be the reason I lose access permanently. I understand that from the admins’ perspective, it may have looked like I was abusing the system or avoiding roleplay, but that was never my intention. I see now that I should have handled things differently and made sure there was no confusion about switching characters or returning to the scene. I believe this was a misunderstanding rather than me intentionally breaking the rules, and I’m asking for another chance to show that I can contribute positively to the server. No, judges need to manually deny stupid retarded names. At most it would be a system that judges can directly interface ingame to eliminate the need to call staff but that's pretty low priority.

Takes away from my Ticket quota

Make name changes an NPC like the firearm license NPC, these inactive judges don’t even look at tickets. Several people have waited weeks for it.

Hello Admin, who oversaw your pk you were pk'd for harming relations with friends, bringing heat to the family, and helping supply and shelter a snitch. during your own pk in 99% of them you will not be told as it runs the risk of you fighting back it is not a requirement to tell you that you're going to die, when you state no one knew where you worked but it is very easy to tell where someone works by their car, outfit, and pins not including just following you to where you worked.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I thought I was supposed to know about my pk before it happened. I didn't bring heat to the family cause no one knew who I worked for. Lastly, I didn't shelter a snitch I put an advert out offering him help to lure him so I could kill him for the bounty that was on his head, Henry Jefferson is my witness on that. The top guy Anton doesn't even know what happened or why it happened. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: i dont record my whole day of gameplay and medal only covers 5 minutes so I couldn't have gotten all of it even if I wanted to but I do got Anton telling me that he dont know what or why ts happened.
