That being said, where is the line drawn between a cult faction and a minge faction? - i mean.. impact wise I dont really see it and it being more "noise" in the city

As good as this sounds, I feel like this would unbalance the game so bad is what i was gonna say... but if the cooldown still in making orders between shipments then it would just make it pointless unless you REALLY need that 1 single drug to come in cos somebody in your faction forgot 1 brick during a crew deal But regarding selecting spawns for shipment delivery, im more on the No side. But who am I to comment, i just use drugs not order em.

How do you handle this?: I would take a clip and then if I see a staff member that claimed it I would DM them the clip of them RDMing. But I wouldn't take this into my own hands. What do you do?: If I even saw it happen I would clip all of the incident's and then create a ticket or dm a staff team leader and then get the person delt with. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would personally not take the ticket due to potential Bias allegations. Or a perk tree that costs 50k then 100k then 200k, 400k, 800k then ends at 1.5m upgrade and its at max like a 50% faster arrival time then other shit idk but I feel like this wont get added anyways but a perk system just another way to drain money out of the server.

Maybe add a feature where you can pay a percentage, like an extra 15% cost to buy the shipment for it to arrive 15% sooner.

Normally shipments are purchased and spawn at random locations across the map. We should have the ability to have shipments delivered to preset locations for a price. And/or have the ability to use the in-game phones to order shipments from npcs. Besides P2P trades, the phones aren't used much from what I've seen.
