First you claimed that I PK'd you for OOC reasons or because of the money. Then you tried to claim that the people who PK'd you were hit characters, despite both of them having previously done PKs for Supreme and neither of them being newly created characters. After that you claimed that I heard about the situation from Boosted's staff character and told me about it, implying that we metagamed. Then you claimed that Ender helped me in the same way and Staff Abused to Meta Game with me. Instead of leaving this appeal to the UA you guys are trying every possible angle to find a loophole. How can you prove from the screenshot that what the Consigliere said wasnt simply a DM he sent you because he felt guilty and wanted to help you? I've already provided all the necessary explanations and evidence for this PK a week ago, yet you continue trying every possible way to get around it. You have absolutely no evidence for these metagame allegations and you are just throwing accusations around. On top of that you keep changing the wording of your appeal so you can twist both your own words and ours. If you are not going to provide actual evidence, stop making allegations and leave the matter to the appropriate staff members

Honestly forgot about that shit considering it was 5 years ago. However, I am pretty sure there was plenty of malicious activity from this server's side as well through some back end hacking or Doxx attempts, one or the other. It's been 5 years and I can't really remember the details, neither do I really care to since it was such a petty/small situation on a video game. thats also mine , i use a vpn often, i had no clue at the time that alts wernt allowed i thought it was only not allowed if its to avoid bans, i was using it to join other groups cause most the groups share blacklists and i was using it to get around that cause i was blacklisted from groups ive never joined before

Maybe have victims pay an insurance fee to get their vehicles back with a cooldown so it doesn’t end up costing people millions and fucking up the game balance. I think that would be more than fair to add to a system like this. Otherwise, permanent loss would just not be cool. Would become a minge activity rather than contribute to proper criminal RP.

Because this isnt about extorting factions but legal businesses "within your territory" Its also meant to be a unique form of a money maker for new players not faction HC to change up the monotonous shipment grind. You try doing this shit to another faction you're gonna get shot in the face or end up in a political nightmare. I already admitted it would be a lot of dev time unless a system was already made.
