Hello, To me this is more than a valid ban; You see the two perps walk out of hospital and then the one Vladimir immediately baiting escalation with "Magoo", there is literal no valid reason to call him a black nigga whilst going full ape mode by punching him, there is simply no proper escalation in that he was baiting it; "Magoo" got his pistol and started to fight back his shots missed and you saw that Vladimir was being attacked and then you jumped in with a knife to finish the job. You have the right to defend your friend if you have their F3 (recognition) and if this is a valid escalation or roleplay scenario, but in this case this wasnt valid and it has nothing to do with him being a bottom shotta and him being 'butthurt' Killing Rule 9; You may not attack/start confrontations with people in order to kill them when they defend themselves. This is considered baiting.

Danielg is a very wise and knowledgeable guy, every time I had an issue with something he would be a guy who would help me whether its technical pc issue or gmod issue. Would be an amazing addition to staff. BIG BIG +1.

A lot of people have told me to apply, and many people have even just assumed that I'm a member of staff. Everyone has heard the classic line a million times that they've been around at times where there are 0 staff online, causing incidents to go unchecked if victims don't take the time to go to the forums. I'm fortunate enough for this to not have been a huge issue for me in the past, but I have heard the complaint a million times, and would love to be able to do my part and help out when it's needed. Throughout my time playing GMod (9,614 hours in 18 years), I have always enjoyed staff work as it always makes whatever server I do it on feel like a better place. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have gained a lot of knowledge throughout my time in the city in order to understand how things work and how rules are enforced. Any staff sit I'd be involved in would be professional and calm, and my understanding of the rules would ensure sound judgement in situations that require it. I'm also very used to the kind of harsh language and ignorance that would come with dealing with minges and whatnot, making staff sits go cleaner and more efficiently. My schedule is wide open and I mainly work evenings so my time on the server usually lines up when staff is sparse. I've won the day once on the forums, and haven't got any warnings here or super bad interactions. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Very recently I trained for days for a fight against Detective Mickey Wickers on my main character Luigi Medici. This fight meant a lot to me and I knew the entire (.//criminal side of the) city was counting on me to show up for them. The event itself was very well put together, and the environment when I came out to fight was more electric than anything I've experienced in the city. Going on for two years, my main character has 1034 hours, and many of them have been spent talking to people and showing new people around. Even in a High Command position, I still hire fresh citizens and try my best to show them around the city in the process (eventually handing them off to someone in a more suitable position to explain how the city works). I've done countless scenarios for people coming up, giving my best effort to make things seem as real as possible for them. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: siips, ka1l1lly ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would get a clip of the situation, and make a report, just like anyone else. If no other staff are available in a timely manner, I'd likely just make a forums report and let it be handled from there. No staff below Super should use their power in situations they're involved in. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence as I see the abuse occur, recordings, screenshots, etc. After this I would hand off the evidence to a member of staff of higher rank and that has no RP affiliations with the offender (if possible), so they can handle the situation without bias. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I'd wait a considerable amount of time before taking the ticket, especially if there are other staff online that aren't as closely tied to the victim as I would be in this scenario. If no one takes the ticket in a timely manner, I'd treat the situation like any other and require undeniable evidence before taking any action whatsoever, even bringing the supposed offender to a sit. If possible, I'd also DM another staff member for their opinion on a situation before taking action, as the scenario would constitute as possible bias and I would want any situation I'm involved in to be clear of that. ---------------------------------------------------------

Signing a Plea Agreement after asking a question is on you You should always learn the full picture before you sign a guilty plea. 2. PD Lying about charges being a felony or not Is not and has never Been a OOC staff issue its a issue that should be reported to IAB as it is considered A-12 Gross Incompetence or any other infraction the IAB sees fits. Andy shouldn't have been banned for this the guy legit signed a plea deal thats on the player not andy.
