One thing I will say is the i have been blacklisted from factions and pk from like 5 so I could really care less about harassing you guys for firing me. I had only interacted with you to receive a tattoo which is a new concept and some guy was chasing. Your own neighbors came in and talked to you to see what the problem was but yet you were a dick throwing insults. I don’t even know you so don’t go be saying “he is power gaming and planting shit” when I didn’t plant anything and your just saying words. That right there is a false report and slander because I deadass didn’t and I would be happy to get a staff to verify. Oh and also retard, I wasn’t banned for acting, it was my alt that needed to be banned since it was an alt of course so no problem. I don’t ban evade so stfu. Hello, I am the person in the first clip here to make some clarification. I had been running our tattoo shop all day, not the golden armory as you stated in your post. At some point you pulled up while I was already helping other people getting tattoos. While in mid conversation with these people you then jumped on my chair and said you wanted a tattoo I told you to wait because people were ahead of you, you then got up and I proceeded to help the people who were there first, while doing so I heard the sound of a something getting equipped then shortly after the sound of a gun being pulled out and being put on safety. The people i was helping then stated you had a gun so I kicked you out and told you not to come back. But you came back multiple times and I had run you out multiple times, it reached the point that people in the shop had to stand by the door as security to make sure you didn’t come back. And this is just interactions with you. I was told you had been harassing other members of my faction all day warranting your sit with aceadmiral. I realized after I had already kicked you out that recognized who you were being, that I still had your name and realizing you probably just trying to cause issues after we blacklisted you. So your claim of metagame is clearly invalid. And you were blacklist for general low quality, being paranoid, as well as bringing heat to the faction, the issue had passed and you really should have been pkd but due errors outside our control you were metagamed the pk, so instead you were removed from our faction and told to forget everything about us which was fine on our end because you were out of our hair and had no ic info on us but it’s clear you didn’t forget about us. Even after a 7 DAY BAN the same day you were removed from our faction for an unrelated reason. THE DAY you returned you decided harass us and tried to get us arrested by powergaming, and when that didn’t work, it was very obvious you were trying to get us to rdm you or metagame info so you could try to get us banned. So to clarify, you don’t need a reason to be banned from a place of business, I could have banned just cause I didn’t like the way you jumped on my chair, or cause I didn’t like the clothes you were wearing. even if you pulled a gun or not, it’s my business and I didn’t want you there. But you insisted on returning to harass us, after you were told to leave multiple times. Even in your clip which you edited down to leave out the part were you walk into my business again and I had to kick you out again, that I wanted nothing to do with you because I was ignoring you but you couldn’t let it go and as you walked away you turned around so you could shit talk more. Or in your third clip where you rdm someone who you probably thought is associated with us because of the ricehat but is from a different faction. And if that’s not enough you are also alting, which should net you a permanent. You got your second account banned just mins after getting this account banned for alting because you couldn’t help but load back in. You make it clear by your actions and in your own clips you’re a low quality player, harassing other players, not following server rules, holding onto a grudge for being let go cause we didn’t want to deal with you. And you’ve done nothing but prove that we made the right choice to remove you since. In my honest opinion if some how don’t get permabanned you should take some time to reflect on you action and make better choices. Because honestly who in their right mind holds on to a grudge for getting kicked out of a online group you barely know for 7 DAYS. You weren’t even in our faction for 2 days, you hated us 3 times longer then you knew us. Get some help man!

Hey, to start off, you literally just posted a clip of you RDMing for no reason, so good job on that gang. You have also planted drugs at ATMs trying to get us arrested, pointed a gun at us and shit talk us numerous times for 0 reason, you made a false 911 call of my associates doing drug deals to get them arrested, you said I shot up the PD which I was in my establishment at the time of the "shooting", and you said we are following you and aiming guns at you when no one pointed a gun at you and the guy you accused didnt even have a gun in his inventory, and to top it off, you are alting to avoid faction/PD blacklists, you did a rule break speedrun and thats me being nice about the situation.

Today I was banned for powergame and being a LQP because I had walked into the tattoo parlor and I had Smarty behind me metagaming my other char names (I have proof and there are witnesses). I was just chilling and not talking when he made up a lie saying I had a weapon on me, so then I exited the parlor as told. I then continued to ask why I was trespassed since I was oblivious at the time because I didn't know bringing a gun into a place called "Golden Armory" wasn't allowed. I had full reason to go talk to them because the tattoo parlor was new and I was just visiting some new buddies I met at Alglheiri for food. Smarty kept instigating and causing problems and they were like "we dont give a fuck" so they kicked him out right after I left the bar. I never was killed and I believe me trespassing on their property isn't powergame but rather an IC Issue that should be solved accordingly. I had already spoken to AceAdmiral about my encounters and she left me off with a warning and thats when I had stopped interacting with them. I don't think I was addressed properly either because while in my sit with joeeey1 and animator they both were in the IC conflict (not really joey but animator was legit the officer who tried arresting me). I also have had a bad history with both of them so I don't believe my punishment was truthful at all.
