Me and my buddies were using the stash, and more then just me got or attempted to be mug/stalked. I have clips of the same people attempting to mug others right after I was mugged, at that same stash. To my knowledge right outside of a stash is a no mugging zone, as I was still right in front of the stash. You'll see in the clip, the first one, the car goes by me, sees me at the stash, stops around the corner and waits for me to get in my car. Basically camped the stash spot, once they saw me at it and jumped on there opportunity the second I got in my car right in front of the stash. The last two clips were provided right after my situation at the exact same stash. I agree, seeing the name Rafy Maverick on appeals every so often is annoying. But understand, I haven't been alting and if I was alting I wouldn't even try to appeal (Like please lets use common sense), I am not trying to play victim for what I did but I don't want my appeals denied for false reason. I ain't gonna lie dawg you have been kind of annoying. Just make 1 appeal, whatever happens with it happens. Making multiple posts on different parts of the forum about your perma ban isn't doing any good to your case. There's plenty of people that have been unbanned from a perma, you're not showing what you're supposed to be showing.

The map obviously can't constantly change based on npcs since those can move dynamically between map updates. Which is why on the image it says. "You may not mug infront of NPCs regardless of this map"

I agree with you that it was in the yellow zone but I had no idea they were trying to mug me they just ran up with guns and only one had a gun out from my POV thank you.

Make the entirety of the docks a green zone because of the boat NPC.

Hey man. The mugging was initiated in a yellow zone. You were told to get out of the car, which to be fair you did get out of the car. At that point, three guys were aiming weapons at you which put you under Fear RP. You decided to pull out your Tec-9 and try and kill the muggers. You were killed because you choose to disregard your own life by attempting to fight back. Attached below is the mugging map. Circled in purple is where the mugging was initiated. You could have been taken to any three of the red zones which I mapped out. Where you were mugged is a valid place to initiate a mugging.

Great idea in concept, but this isn't actually Southside New York where everyone lives and hangs out. This is a video game accessible by people across the world with different schedules and levels of activity.

I didn’t know I couldn’t appeal and that isn’t my fault. I did what I was told to do, you call me annoying yet don’t even know me, I haven’t done anything to you yet your getting worked up over a guy trying to have fun and play a game on forums. Along side this comment I will ask. What is the issue and have we met? Because I feel like you have mistaken me with someone else. I am not known here and the most interaction with a known player and haven't alted a week after my ban. I have had a lot of character development IRL over the year and I just want to understand why you don't like me. I understand I appealed way too early, but I was given permission each time and I didn't know. I really want to come back to this community and I am asking to understand what I did wrong to you.
