Thanks for your response but I'm not very familiar with the rules for props so I didn't know that there was a rule against doing that and I wasn't chasing the cop car as you can see in the clip it's not a cop driving the car it's the guy I picked up driving the car and the metal sheet remained at the side of the car not above if my intention was to blow up the car my prop would've been above the car which never happens and also you can see in the clip I didn't chase the stolen Murano my focus remained on the raptor as I was trying to help him I can see how it may seem like what you're saying is true but in all honesty my intention was never for either of the cars to blow up I hope that this can get sorted out so It can go back to the way things were before

There is one easy way to fix this....

The entire point of the ghetto is, like you said, to be where poor players go to cook and crime the day away. If they haven't joined a faction yet, its a reasonably safe place to engage in crime. But its meant to be a starter location, so its obviously not going to be the most secure. As a rundown and unowned apartment, known specifically for criminal activity, its no wonder the police swing by every so often. Its an easy place to find some dude's stash that he forgot to lock up. The doors can be owned and locked, so its not like its entirely open to police. Someone still has to make a foolish mistake to get caught. Also, "erm sorry officer you cant go here this is a no law zone".

With staff perms every dupe I place down has atleast 1 storage prop in it and they're permanent so I was basically just suggesting a separate model/entity for each storage prop so this stops happening

This doesn’t mean barring them completely, obviously they can enter under circumstances like responding to a call. But them going inside every 10 minutes and trying to open every door is absurd and makes absolutely no sense. I understand that no faction owns it, but it’s certainly not just public property, it’s a rundown apartment building. It’s supposed to be a somewhat safe area where players who don’t own property can cook drugs. Cops coming and going every 5 minutes takes away from the atmosphere and disrupts my business ventures and just overall kills the vibe. Minimize police presence and bring life to the ghetto.

Hey man so in the own clip you sent we start off by seeing you chase a cop car and trying to push it down and likely blow it up with a metal sheet, It drives away and you stop. You then go for a stolen cop car while there are cops actively watching you and running up to you. After you blow up the cop car with your props you then get pked and start to kinda minge but I digress. Your own words “I was just trying to help the guy in the raptor get away from the cops because we were being chased” As prop rule 13 says- Many people do not see issue in using props to flip their cars or get them unstuck, and a majority of the time it isn't very problematic, however it is considered prop abuse to do so in an active RP scenario. Do not free your car using props if you are in a Police chase/fleeing a hit/dropping off drug deals or any RP scenario where a disabled car affects the outcome. Have a great night!

We were driving around the city for a bit and then we tried to pick up someone else and the other guy flipped the Raptor so I was running into it at first trying to flip it but then I got out and tried to use my prop to flip it and I flipped it to hard and it flew over to atm so the guy I picked up started driving away in the Morano and I picked up the prop I spawned and started running toward the Raptor and I bumped the Murano with the prop and I guess the mod saw that as me trying to blow it up when that wasn't my intention I just accidentally bumped it and then I ran over to the raptor and tried to flip the raptor over it positioned a little bit up so I was trying to push it down and it exploded which I wasn't trying to make it explode I was just trying to help the guy in the raptor get away from the cops because we were being chased by them I will submit the clip below.
